I have been calling back to back for over an hour and still no answer. I’ve also submitted a complaint with the postmaster general’s office as this is not the first or the second issue we have had with this post office.

They've mastered the art of selective deafness. You could have a better chance getting a response from a rock. It's absolutely delightful how they conveniently avoid answering their phones. Truly a pinnacle of customer service.

I don't usually have a problem at the post office, just the delivery driver.

After my experience and seeing that of others below, I recommend that those in Pensacola have their packages sent by private carrier to their homes, completely avoiding the USPS. The 32506 post office is not reliable. Two unrelated packages both were undelivered by this post office (32506) in December 2023. The first package was a large flat rate box sent from family. The second was a purchase from an online seller. Both packages were said by tracking to be "delivered," then "forwarded," then "moved left no address." The packages were then both returned to their respective senders.I've checked addresses and such for these packages, and nothing is incorrect on my end. Also, I regularly receive mail correctly to my address all of the time (letters) and have not moved since about a year ago.The flat rate box did eventually come, after it went all the way back to sender first. The second package still has not come -- it was sent back to sender. When this January, the seller re-sent me the product I had purchased (making this package number 3), that package also did not arrive. It is currently saying "delivered," but it was not delivered.I am not pleased with the performance of the 32506 post office and plan to use private carriers in the future for packages.** Update: I received package number 3 today, but late in the afternoon (and it was said to be delivered around 10 am).

I've never had to try to convince the guy there that they have my package back there somewhere. After like 30 minutes, a list of clueless excuses, and 3 trips to the back; I finally got my package. One of the bizarre excuses he said was that it must have been returned to sender. I even showed him the "proof of delivery" from the tracking lol..

This place doesn’t care to much about customer service. there was a long line and only one rep helping.

About a month ago, we ordered two laptops from Amazon that were delivered via USPS. When I was notified that they were “delivered in mailbox (which is opened with a key)”, I checked only to find them not there. We checked with neighbors and waited two more days to see if they were just late. Amazon told us the items were marked as delivered. I went to this USPS location and the guy told me “sometimes things are marked as delivered accidentally” and to come back the next day. My husband went back the following day only to be told “we think they were delivered to the wrong house, we’ll check with that house for you.” Never had anyone follow up and when you call the number doesn’t allow you to speak with anyone. We resolved the issue with amazon.Since then we have had MULTIPLE packages (nothing of significant value) delivered via USPS to our mailbox until more recently when part of our package included expensive earbuds. Got the notification that our hose kit and earbuds had been delivered to our mailbox only to find the earbuds missing…but the hose kit was there.A complaint will be filed. I suggest not having items of value delivered through this place.

This post office needs to fire the guy who does the pre paid mail. I just watched him scan my item with a pre paid label and he threw it to a bin 8 feet away. And we wounder why our packages are damaged. I hope they pull up video this just should never happen. This guy has no respect for people's stuff.

Cannot all to a real person! I’m a disabled veteran and cannot get around easy. The telephone number doesn’t consider that you need to talk to a real person. Telephone number can make you infuriating. I do not like the fact that I cannot talk to a real person when I’m on a telephone number. To waste five minutes of your time giving all kinds of stupid things to consider they still don’t give you a real person. I’m very disappointed in our United States Postal Service, as I’m experiencing postal delivery mishap, and I’m a disabled veteran that cannot get around and get there very easily. This is very upsetting.

Would give 0 if I could. Employee William Gambrell has the worst attitude out of any customer service employee I have ever dealt with. Had an attitude from the minute he stepped out of the back and didn't like it very much when he got back what he dealt. Threatened to make me wait until item went out for delivery.

I keep getting other peoples mail and my mail goes elsewhere when it says delivered. Delivered to who? It’s definitely not me. It’s to easy to get look at the address. Also please update the mailbox keys for larger packages. They are jammed and takes for ever to actually unlock a box.

I have been waiting since November 9th for a package to be redelivered to my home. I went to the post office myself to pick up the package and no one can seem to find it.

Great customer service and overall excellent attitudes. They were patient with me as I figured out which package/option was going to work best.
