I wish I would have read these reviews before I went there. I really hope it doesn’t take 3 weeks for my mail to get to its destination. I need it there in like 2 so the recipient can process it before the first of April! The lady that was behind the counter, playing on her phone, didn’t even bother to get up when I walked in. I looked over the counter to see if any one was even there and saw her. When walking out, I was thinking there’s no way this is a US government run place. Then on here I see it is a private contracted post office. Now it makes sense. Smh.

No customer service. They refuse to use technology as they're stuck in the 80's. This shouldn't even come up if Googled, whats the point.

Horrible, Terrible, Worse Experience!!!My Grandson mailed his very 1st letter which was to be delivered, 2 blocks away!"3 weeks later" after his heart was ?? it did finally arrive?What if I had mailed my bills from here? ?I would've been charged late Fee's! From all the reviews, how is this place staying open???

This privately owned post office actually deserves zero stars for its customer service. There was one customer in line ahead of me and when she was finished the disgruntled employee put up the “Counter is Closed” sign. She would not help me. I refuse to support a local business if they behave like this.

There are two separate experiences that you will get at this post office. One lady is super nice and always happy to help. It’s always a tremendous pleasure seeing her and having little conversations while shipping my packages. The Second Lady, on the other hand, is as unpleasant as a person can possibly be, legally. She always acts like you are a huge inconvenience and gives off the vibe that she would rather do anything else other than help you. My heart sinks every time I walk in and feel her evil permeating the room. Still, it’s close to home, so I guess I’ll just have to figure out which days not to go in order to avoid the surly one.

Cash only business. They have most of the features of a regular post office with a few exceptions. They have been in business for a long time. Support your local businesses!

RUDE STAFF, it was my first and last time there. If I never been there I will ask questions on what to do. But Noo!! Lady was acting like I work there and I should know what to do.

This post office has a new employee. I’ve sworn off of going there ever again because of a hateful employee. This lady was very Cordial and helpful. It is so convenient for me. I will go back again.

This location either stole or lost my husband's returned cell phone. Gave us a bogus or invalid tracking label/receipt but our package was never delivered. Because of inadequate scanning/shipping or theft, we are being charged $250 from Our phone company for not returning the device. Always make sure you are dealing with USPS, not this scam of a post office hub.

I’m another one that could give a 0 ratting if possible! Not even sure why this place exists! I realize it is a contract location and doesn’t offer all services, however, at least provide good customer service to people when they come in! You can’t be on the phone and not even acknowledge a customer that’s waiting. At least say I’ll be right with you. You weren’t otp with a customer but was talking to your boss which would probably (I guess) want you to acknowledge or take care of the customer first! Then when you got the answers you continued to have me stand there and not help me for a unreasonable amount of time. Good customer service is lacking these days and it’s apparent that it’s been missing here for years! I don’t know how they manage to stay opened! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you decide to go in there just be prepared for whatever because you just never know what you’ll get! I’ve tried them in the past and on that occasion the person work was rude and condescending! They need training badly!!!

Save yourself time & frustration and go to “an actual post office” which is what the abrupt unfriendly clerk suggested I do when he couldn’t provide “an actual receipt”. Unacceptable.

I sent an important birthday package from here on May 15 to be delivered in PA by May 26. As of June 28, my friend has not received it!! I tried to track the package, and was told by a REAL Post Office that the USPS no longer even uses "that type tracking number." If you are going advertise that you are a Post Office, and have a sign that you are a Post Office, then you should OPERATE like one.

They won't give you a receipt for anything you mail there. That's how your package ends up stolen or missing. The lady that was working was one of the rudest postal employees I've ever seen.

Carriage Hills Post Office on Michigan Ave is the worst! Dropped a sealed Letter here with a $gift card for my cousin who was getting married the day after President day and here it is almost 2 weeks later and she hasn't received it. I can't help but hv the notion that it was stolen. No apologies or anything from them...Worst Post office ever!!!!
