I was told to come pick up a package that they marked as incorrect address with the correct address on it to come to the facility where I was told within an hour of being told to do so and I got there for nobody to help. Someone was in the back and wouldn’t answer the door nobody would respond to me asking for help. The music in the back was turned up when I started knocking. Attempted to hit doorbell with no response several times. I was told to come here to stand in the lobby for 30 minutes with no help.
Got home and called to speak with someone in regards to the matter and he then made the claim it would be delivered on the 18th and it couldn’t be changed or done differently. We had already explained how we were told to go up there and were met with such disrespect from the employee up there and this guy then switched what he said and then said “go pick it up then” with such attitude. So he lied to us initially by saying it could only be delivered on the 18th to telling us to go do what we already tried to do and the whole reason we were calling.
We understand things happen and people have rough days, but are you serious? If you don’t like the job that much, leave it and don’t take it out on the customers. Horrible service! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would.
Edit* there was one woman we spoke to on the phone for this location and I unfortunately forgot her name. The lady tried to help and told us to come get package. She has been the ONLY help we have received from them.

Always use a kiosk for faster service. May need a small desk for packages next to the kiosk.

Carrier did not bring certified letter to my door, left notice in my box instead. Scheduled re-delivery last week, still have not received my letter. Cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone. Called the 1-800 number, no one knows where my letter is or why it wasn't delivered. Terrible service!

Hours online are wrong and they don't even have the thought to change their hours on goggle. Just a pice of paper to read after u already drove all the way there

Vic wants to try and upcharge for priority for items that can ship first class. Tried to tell me my envelope with cards I was shipping was more than a quarter inch thick. And when he went to demonstrate, it fit through his quarter inch slot. I've been shipping trading cards for years and have always been able to use first class unless I'm doing boxes of cards.

I have a super important letter to receive, the delivery date was yesterday.
I stayed at home the whole day. Keep the kids at home the whole day… just because i had to wait for this letter. I spent the whole day at the living room white is right in front of the front and only door at the apt.
The carrier delivery a note on the floor, saying that he attempted to delivery but never knocked on the door, never try to call me or anything.
After that I went to the website and I scheduled a pick up at this unit. Whenever I get there they didn’t find my letter. They said it might be with the carrier again. But the reason why I schedule a pick up is because the carrier doesn’t do a good job.
I left there without my letter and without knowing if they really will delivery today.
I call customer service and the person guarantee they will try to delivery
Today. So I’m here seated outside my door and I’m waiting for the carrier. I don’t care how long will take, I will be here.
I will update you all if i receive my letter or not, but definitely make a customer seat outside the door because of their poor delivery carrier experience and because they don’t know where is my package. This is the worst experience I had with delivery companies

Not enough counter people to provide a quick service and with so many other options the prices seem to be at the highest level for moderate service.

Put in a change of address at post office 2 weeks ago. Still have not received mail. Called customer service and was told they show no record of a change request!! Website is not user friendly!

I recently visited my local USPS branch to address an issue with my mail, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service, particularly from one staff member, fell far below what I expected. The lady I interacted with was an African American that wear the long ghetto nails, glasses to her nose and talks on the phone with a earbud in her ear while assisting customers that claims she’s a manager was curt, dismissive, and showed little willingness to help resolve my concern. Instead of taking the time to listen and address the issue, her attitude made me feel undervalued and frustrated as a customer.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but consistent professionalism and courtesy are essential in customer service. I hope the branch takes steps to improve its service standards so that future customers don’t have to face a similar situation.

I have never experienced terrible mail service during my life until I moved and had the pleasure of relying on this carrier. Mail placed in the wrong mailbox,extremely late delivery. The wolf is howling at the moon by the time you get anything. I was looking for missing mail for months. Reported it and didn't receive any help. Well, it was discovered by my landlord when new tenants moved in. They were throwing my mail in the wrong box. Financial info and all. I use to hear about USPS incompetence, now I'm experiencing it
