My car needed an alignment so I called vannoys and they said they could do it. I went in, fully knowing my alignment needed to be fixed. I’m also gonna preface by saying I drive a 2013 bmw 328i. They had worked on my car for about 30 minutes, came back in and told me there was nothing wrong with my alignment. Instead they said that my tires were separating and falling apart, trying to warn me not to drive my car because ny tires were literally FALLING APART. I kept asking them what that meant and if they could show me and they wouldn’t. They told me it would be 700 dollars and that I needed new tires. As one would, I freaked out but I didn’t trust them. I headed to firestone where they told me they couldn’t do an alignment for bmws, and no other shops around the area would except for sandy sansing bmw, where I then took my car. Sandy sanding bmw said my tires were not coming apart or separating, it was just my alignment. I’m only giving two stars because the guys at the front were nice, but they tried to take advantage of me. They could have just said hey we can’t do an alignment on your car, and I would have been on my way. But then again, I am also a 19 year old girl, a lot of auto shops think they can take advantage of young girls and their “lack of knowledge”. Very unprofessional.

Excellent service! Everyone was so nice, both on the phone when I called with questions, and in person. When I went in a couple months ago for a quick tire repair, they were so nice I went back for another service. I was not disappointed! Same great service!

I called ahead and was able to come in same day with service completed within 30 minutes. Needless to say, I'll be a lifelong customer. Their family-oriented customer service is second to none.

Well. I hit a curb and I was worried my tire had a leak. I swung by and they tested the tire and checked it's pressure, told me it was good and sent me on my way. Quick and efficient customer service! Josh could tell I was in a hurry and got taken care of FAST!!!

Took my car to vannoy's in Pace to get an alignment, they did the alignment.But was told I needed to get some front-end work work done. After work was completed.This time Vannoy's in Pensacola. Had alignment rotation and balance completed on on the the vehicle. Alignment is still not right. Balanced tires? They are still bouncing. Not a great job from where I'm sitting as I'm turning my car to the left so it don't pull to the right. Kicker was told car pulls but straightens out when up to speed. Not happy.

Wow - so disappointed. Wanted to compare prices on tires and a brake job, but this company doesn't post ANY PRICES FOR ANYTHING they provide on their website. My time is very limited. Having to call and speak with someone on 5 different types of tires is just ridiculous. I will look elsewhere - where transparency is a standard.

Just had some work done on my vehicle by vannoy's. me and my cousins front end parts replaced on them. very reasonable Pricing. No over pricing here. and great Service They had me And my cousin In-and-out less time then what they said. Highly recommended. Always had good experience with vannoy's. Thank you guys.

Exceptional customer service across the board! If I could give Vannoy’s more than 5 stars I would. I am a returning customer, but yesterday I showed up early (prior to business opening) for a rotate, and balance. Scott and the staff acknowledged me immediately. A few minutes later he took my information, and the vehicle was back being worked on. He was kind, professional, efficient, and I was in and out of there in a timely manner. As a cancer patient with chronic fatigue, I appreciated their kindness, and timeliness so I could go about my day on limited energy. Highly recommend this business and staff to anyone! Thank you very much, Scott and Vannoy’s!

I have used Vannoy's Tires for many years,and I have always been happy with the service I received. up until this past Friday 10/7/22. I was concerned about the need for an oil change before I take my car on an 8 hour drive. The sticker mileage and the mileage on my car, stated I had roughly 4000 miles left, but my oil sensor stated 15%. I go to Vannoy's on 9th Ave. I walk in and tell the guy what I explained above. He says, so do you want me to reset the sensor? No, I want you to check my oil. He says it probably did not get reset last time. I said if y'all forget I normally do it. I asked will you please just check it, I explained I was going out of town and wanted to be sure my oil was good. He drives my car around, then comes in and tells me that you have 5000 synthetic blend oil change and a 10000 full synthetic oil change. Okay.....let me add, he NEVER once asked my name or number so he could pull up my car information. It would have told him when and what I had. The guy brings my keys up front to the guy dealing with me. I over hear him say we added and he tells the guy how much of a quart, he added. I did not catch it. He also told him something else I did not catch. I am thinking no big deal, the guy will for sure pass the info to me when he gives me my keys. Nope, that did not happen, he gives me my keys and says you are good to go. I just kinda look at him, he says oh yeah do you want me to reset the sensor for you? I said no, but then he says oh wait never mind, they already did it in the back. I am thinking why would you reset it, if you did not change my oil???? I just have an off feeling about this. , so I take my car to the place my husband uses. Explain my concerns, he pulls my car around, then comes back in and asks me if I have the receipt from my last oil change, so he can see when it was done. I told him, not with me. He said okay, no big deal. I will know if it needs to be changed or not when I look at the oil. He goes out then comes back and tells me that my oil is BLACK! Y'all that guy at Vannoy's was okay with allowing me to leave after I expressed my concerns, with my oil black! Now I cannot help but wonder did they even really change it the last time I went. Oh and my tires were a tad low, Vannoy's did not even check them. I left the other place of business with an oil change, my tires are were they are supposed to be and peace of mind. I am so angry about this. I could not believe they never got my name, never checked the tire pressure, and did not ask me if I wanted my oil changed because it clearly needed it. I bought the life time alignment for my car, I guess they will benefit from that sale. I can assure you I will not be going back. The straw that tops this all off.....I left a review on the actual website for the location, guess what.....it never showed up.

Great customer service! My wife has had a slow leak in one tire. I called at 12:45 today to see if they could check it out. Was told "Sure. Bring it on in." Got there at 1pm. By 2:30pm they had diagnosed the problem (a small nail lodged in the tread), patched the tire, and sent me on my way. No charge. Needless to say, I will be back and I will give them all my tire business going forward. Thank you.
