“Thanks to EVERYONE at the Pensacola Improv Event Center for making my Dad's Retirement Party very special for him. Mr Baldwin and his entire team were very professional, attentive, patience (-:, polite, and did everything they could to make sure my family and our guests enjoyed ourselves. The decorations were beautiful and the menu was delicious. I would highly recommend the Pensacola Improv Event Center for your next party/event.”
“Court of Deluna is a fascinating space. Enjoyed a Xmas party Dec 7, 2024. It was decorated fabulously for the event. It was cold that day and heating stacks where in every area for a. comfortable time. The dance floor space was adequate along with bar area and D.J accomodations. Good for family reunions weddings and etc.”

“Took my son for his first hockey game and we had a PERFECT night of fun here!!! Parking was close and it was an easy walk. We got through security with no issues. We walked straight to our seats and watched a close game with a couple of pretty good fights. Memories were made!!!”

“Great venue for multiple events throughout the year. Pensacola Ice Flyers hockey, Monster Jam, Disney, etc.Concessions are reasonable ($10 for burger or chicken sandwich, 4.50 hotdog and 5 large drink, pretzels, nachos, beer (10/11) wine and cocktails, and various other small food items and candy).Vendors sell various wares dependent upon the event and prices are pretty standard given each event. A jersey can be 60-100. Memorabilia and collectibles 10-30.Seating is assigned but can often sit wherever. We’ve sat low, mid, and high and haven’t had a bad seat. I’ve never chosen to sit at the corners but anywhere near center or mid is good.Security/Safety. You can’t bring anything from outside like food and drinks. They safety check bags and purses and jackets. Metal detectors mandatory and wands if necessary.Tickets/Box Office- They offer various ticket discounts throughout the year for holidays, military, students, etc. Tickets booth at stadium is always quick and short lines and they offer you lots of details about seating if you are a first timer or even a veteran visitor.Parking - We’ve never had difficulty finding parking outside the stadium for free (small walk) or you can pay to park closer.Bathrooms/WC are standard and generally pretty clean”

“We were traveling through and they had good prices compared to other hotels. They are close to Cracker Barrel too so we liked the location. The hotel interior was nice and the whole process was fast.Food & drinks: We had a few beers at the bar. They were really good. We also had mixed drinks and they rocked them out.”
“My friend and I visited on the last Sunday night of Winterfest, not quite sure what to expect as neither of us had ever attended. We were delighted with the professional and fun attitude of all the performers, aides, and even the Trolley driver! It was so much fun we are already making plans for next year and plan to bring more of our friends with us and ride all the different Trolley adventures. By the way the hot chocolate was wonderful!”

“We called to verify that we could park our truck and long trailer. They accommodated us easily. Check in was easy and seamless. It was within waking distance to Dennys (don't go there) and McDonald's. We will stay here again if we are passing through with the truck!”

“This is our first stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the lack of water pressure probably due to the water savers on the showerhead. It takes forever to rinse shampoo out.Rooms: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.”
