Came to set up service and buy new phones. Were offered an $830 per phone trade-in promo and were quoted a $125/mo bill after taxes/fees and military discount/trade-in promo were applied. It ended up being $155/mo.New phones were ordered and we were told we’d get a call in 2-3 days for pick up. Got an email confirming “2 day shipping” but the link to track the package didn’t work, so we waited for a call. An entire week passed with no call. When we tried calling the store, we discovered that the number listed is just customer service, you can’t call the store.We decided to go in person to ask for an update. We were greeted with “Oh Hey, we were just about to call you! Your phones are here” I don’t believe that because there were 3 employees sitting around chatting & no customers in the store, but okay, sure.The transfer pins we had gotten were now expired because of the unexpected week long wait, so we had to go home and come back another day once we'd gotten new ones. Another trip that could've been avoided if we had the ability to call the store or the store had called us in the first place.Someone at the store spelled my husband's name wrong and made a typo on our billing address while setting up our account, even though both were copied directly from his drivers license.Celeste "fixed" the name/address issue but it was not actually fixed. We had to call customer service to fix it, which took about 40 min on the phone and it’s still not fixed. His name is forever spelled wrong in our account.We were told we would pay taxes on the phones up front. Purchasing $2600 of product, at 6% sales tax, we were expecting about $200 in taxes. Our total for “TAXES” was $500+, so we were understandably confused.When we asked for clarity we were given a vague explanation that it included “some store fees too”. Celeste said there were a services/fees associated with buying the phones in-store that came as a “BUNDLE” with no way to decrease the cost. We asked for an itemized receipt and when we read the fine print, we discovered all the items we were charged for were not in fact an inseparable BUNDLE, but were items we actually COULD have refused. $65/screen protector, $35/charger, & $50/phone case. We were told this was a non-negotiable bundle fee that must be paid if buying the phones in store, yet the receipt itself expressly mentioned items being refundable.Another part of the “bundle of fees” is a $39.99 set-up fee/phone. Non-refundable. Ironic since we ended up having to set up the phone number porting ourselves because their system was down that day. Because VERIZON’s port system was down, we were charged $45 per phone for the temporary phone numbers we were forced to use. Seems fair!Celeste said she would do the port for us first thing the next day. She called us the next late afternoon, claiming my port went through but my husband’s didn’t due to an issue with the transfer pin being incorrect. I was told I needed to re-check the transfer pin and there was nothing she could do about it.10 min later I got a call from customer service saying the opposite. I was told my husband’s port went through but that mine was delayed because my previous carrier needed some additional confirmation that I was leaving. When they tried it again (same transfer pin) on the phone with me, it worked. So literally nothing Celeste said was correct.We were also told by Celeste"because of the port issue” our trade-in credit wasn’t applied correctly. Celeste told us she would call us the next day to update us on her attempt to fix the credit. Of course we never got a call from her, but we did get an email that an incorrect $$ amount of credit was applied to our account.After, I’m not exaggerating, literally 8 phone calls with Verizon customer service over the course of weeks, desperately trying to just get the promo we signed up with, it is finally fixed. Hours and hours of our lives wasted trying to get the promo we were offered.I've never felt so deliberately scammed in my life. I'd rather drive 45+ min a

They are always very friendly and helpful. They take their time with you even when they get busy. They also always try to find you the best deal which is nice. I appreciate their great customer service. Spencer is especially awesome!

I would not recommend doing business with this location. They never notified me of my phone being ready for pickup and they just randomly cancelled my order after I waited four days for my phone which I was trying to start a new line with. You also cannot reach them by calling their phone number listed and they won’t make the effort to call you, leave a voice message or email you. Horrible customer service.

The manager over the store (Spencer) was amazing ! Even though the upgrade and transfer of my phone took well over the time I expected he made it completely worth it. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Great customer service will have you drive out of the way for your needs and that’s exactly what I’ll do next time I need to physically go into the Verizon store . I hope Spencer is recognized for the dedication and the customer rapport he builds

Mr. Spencer made me feel like my issue was the most important thing he was to do today. The issue with my phone was multifaceted but was resolved to my satisfaction. He was courteous, capable and ensured that my continuing experience with Verizon was very positive. I'm happy that I chose this store to do business with.
