Grant was great, however the customer service over the phone didn’t seem as if they knew what they were doing. Finally got service on my phone with an activated eSIM after an hour.

I've utilized this store a couple of times and was happy with the service but the last time I went in I questioned a charge and I was refused service and told to take my business somewhere else.
I won't be back and may select another provider.
