Under no circumstances should you work with these people. I signed up for a plan in March where they were doing a promotion for a free IPad and Apple Watch. I chose to only get the iPad. I was told it would be $90 a month and I would get Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ for free with my plan. Alexa, the one that “helped me” apparently signed me up for the wrong plan and now that they’ve changed their plans, there’s “nothing that can be done” I have paid a total of $1.114.49 to Verizon since March due to their mistakes. When I call, they say that I will be given a call within a week, and a call never comes. DO NOT DO IT YOU’LL REGRET IT!!

Tevin Greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He was knowledgeable, explained things, was able to answer all my questions & more. I would definitely visit that store again

My husband and I started a Verizon plan after seeing a promo for a free IPhone when you sign up. Our first bill cycle I noticed the charge for a new phone and went in to the store and they stated that “it just takes a few cycles before we are reimbursed”. We then waited and continued to get a monthly charge for a new phone. I went in to the store again and was told that they were reaching out to higher management because the promo was not in the system and that we would get a call back. After a week of not hearing from them I called in again to only be told that the manger they reached out to was no longer with them, so they would need to reach out to someone else and get back to me. Then two weeks goes by and no one calls me. I call back again to get only excuses as to why I didn’t get a call and was also told that the person that got the email is “new” so a ticket was put in and will take 10 business days.If you do not want to deal with the lack of communication and clarity I have been dealing with, I highly recommend to go to a different store.**Also we are still paying for the phone that was suppose to be FREE with the plan

Alexa was amazing and a great help. she provided top customer service and was quick with everything. She helped with 3 people at the same time and was the only one in the store being able to know what she was doing professionally.

I was on phone with tech support 3hrs n ended getting my phone fixed within minutes by Trevon!! Only complaint..outta SIM cards n AirPods forcing me to go to another store for both to fix my backup phone that’s needed cause I’m paraplegic n make me buy my pods.,
