They were courteous to us as selling a phone to a buyer who wanted to make sure it was unlocked before exchange. We left after gentleman said it was unlocked. Both exchanges with 2 individuals were kind and welcoming. I found my new POS as a current customer

I recently upgraded and got a new phone because the service has been awful on my old phone since paying it off. I thought it was my device because it's older and every time it gets an update it seems it can't keep up. I have been a Verizon customer for many years so I already knew what I wanted and came in the store just to check the phone out. I first had a representative working out of the location who never got back with me. I called I got another representative who helped me. My phone had to be ordered so I came back in to get assistance with it. Cino helped me and he was nice in his own way but I was aggravated because it was not clear about the $50 service fee on top of the activation fee. I feel that as soon as you sit down with an authorized seller that they should tell you there is a $50 fee up front. I could have set my own phone up and ordered it online and got the same deal that I got at the authorized retailer like I have done several times in the past. I ended up doing everything that I could have done at home myself. The representatives in the store were friendly but I will never do business again with this location or any authorized retailer in the future. Now I understand why a customer came in and ask if it was a regular Verizon store or corporate store and he left. Lastly, my phone is still having issues so now I think it's the service so I spoke to Verizon customer service and I believe after all the upgrades things will get back to normal in the future. I didn't even need a new phone or to change my plan but here we are.

Paying for mobile insurance is useless. I've been trying to get phone fixed for 3months over a cracked screen. S22 ultra isn't an outdated device. Yet, asurion and whomever Verizon uses for repair never has the parts and wants me to pay a 100 dollars for another phone. Not sure what world their living in.

I had an amazing experience if not the best I have yet to have Mr Travis Majors if he is not a manger yet wow!! Should he be literally overwhelmed with he customer service!!!

Today I stopped by this Verizon store to see if I could get an upgrade on my iPhone..Sacino was there and he greeted me with a smile and welcome me in.. He was very pleasant making sure he gave me the best service possible he was very informative about my device and all the perks!! I was very well pleased and left the store with the exact phone I wanted. Thanks again Sacino you were excellent!!

I came in with a bunch of questions on operation of the phone, I- cloud, data recovery, password reset, various applications. He helped me with all of these, was polite, patient, and professional and saved me a great deal of time.

I am at Verizon on Mobile Highway (98) near Public. I washed my phone! It still works! But it had changed some. Sacino Iniguez stayed with my list list of updates. He answered questions and added helps. He knows what he is doing. I can tell he is happy at Verizon. You said my name ,Susan Tims I have been happy with Verizon for a long time.

Very rude and confrontational employees. They did not have the device I wanted on display so it was finally arranged to be shipped to the store and I was told they would open and allow me to look at it before purchasing. I was never contacted to inform me the device had arrived. I went in several days later and was met by another rude employee who insisted that I “Should go to Best Buy to look at the device before returning to their store to purchase”. Not a good business model to send a customer to a competitor and them except to return to your store especially after you are rude and confrontational with that customer. I did not purchase the device and left the store

I went a couple of weeks ago and not only upgraded two devices on my plan, but added two apple watches. Everything was great, until I looked over my receipt and found a charge classified as “device setup - (non-refundable)” mind you these are all apple devices and apple does all the “setup” for you, these were $50 charges PER DEVICE that was not disclosed to me in, what I would consider, an honest manner. One of the devices I was charged for wouldn’t even turn on at the store so there was no setup other than what I did at home. Now, the sales person that helped me is getting me a refund for THAT device, but only because I texted him, it wouldn’t have been done other wise. $150 for “setting up” two Apple phones & a watch is ABSURD. Apple does ALL the work for you and we should’ve been told there was a $50 charge for them to “set up” these devices, I most definitely would’ve did it myself as I have all my other Apple devices. We were at the store for hours waiting for these devices to be “setup”. I’m not bashing the employee simply because this is most likely a tactic they’ve been taught to use, but non the less, it comes off as extremely dishonest & I won’t be using “Cellular Sales” anymore.
