Worst service in the entire state of Florida. It is the cell phone plan you get when you show up in hell. $150 a month and you can't even call 911 or play music with a "phone". I pay it so I can tell all of you to avoid it like a plague. Your mileage will not vary. It is trash.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years abs I have never received the level of disrespect and terrible customet service as when I went into the store with phone issues looking to upgrade. I worked with a gentleman named Jimmy who was incredibly rude. I came in after receiving dialysis treatment for the day and needed to go over my upgrade options. He kept trying to sell me a white iPhone 15 pro max when I told him I'm only interested in a black one. Then I asked about trade in of my old phone which he ignored and just told me he could order me the phone I wanted but wouldn't give me a breakdown or explain the price. He just tried to add additional features to my plan that I didn't need and kept telling him I didn't want or need. Needles to say I left and went to a third party Verizon store instead and the employees there explained everything to me and didn't try to screw me over. I get he has metrics to met but he doesn't know how to treat customers or how to sell. I noticed he had a wedding ring and I honestly feel bad for his wife and wouldn't be surprised to see him in the news one day for domestic violence because of how he came across. 1 star is too much for this store and Jimmy needs to be fired immediately along with being investigated by police.

Tony & Greg were fantastic & really took time to explain & correct our issues! They're very personal & very upbeat!! We were thrilled to have met them, & hopethey will continue to help Pensacola for a good long time. Additionally the restroom was immaculate and they've got killer beef jerky!!

Roger was kind and nice when we asked to switch sim cards and he did everything for us for only 29.99 and saved us a lot of money then having to buy a whole new phone!

I worked with Damion yesterday to upgrade my phone - he was so kind to me and patient! I let him know what new phone I was looking into upgrading to - he stopped and immediately went to grab the device before proceeding. I appreciated his offer to help me set up and transfer my data from my old phone to the new one - but I was in a hurry. He assured me if I did end up needing help to come on back to see him. He answered all of my questions confidently and I enjoyed our conversation.

Dillion was very disrespectful and rude. I’ve been with Verizon over 10 years spend THOUSANDS a year with them and always have a great experience at this location but he was very disrespectful and rude to me for no reason and I just asked to speak to someone else before I lose it. He proceeded to tell me what “he wasn’t gonna do” or help me with because they closed in an hour and I didn’t even ask him to anything but look into an issue I had tech support wise THAT THEY SOLVED A YEAR AGO FOR ME IN STORE WITH ANOTHER DEVICE. He didn’t even let me finish explaining before he told me “what he wouldn’t do”. In the over 10 years I’ve dealt with Verizon I’ve never felt disrespected like that for no reason…. He’s a lucky man let’s just leave it at that. Everyone else there had always been great help and customer service

Good manager or owner, I felt screwed on a screen protector when it was faulty, even though the staff didn't believe me (which they must get a bunch and I understand) but they still made things right which I appreciate.

Absolutely loved this visit! Typically, visiting a cell provider store is one of my least favorite things to do. This store, the manager Darrell and all of the staff present that day made for an absolutely fantastic experience. There was little to no wait, we got exactly what we needed, and out the door in record time even though we were adding a new line and phone to our existing account. I cannot express how truly impressed I am with this location and I'll for sure be back again! ❤️
