“We have only been to the Beulah hospital a couple of times, but just this past week we suffered the unexpected loss of our beloved dog Kona. I will admit I was a basketcase, but the staff at Beulah was incredibly patient and sympathetic and kind. It was a real struggle that day, but Dr. Ladue in particular took time out after she'd left for the day to call and check in on us. But what's more, was just yesterday we received a condolence card...but it wasn't informal...no...everyone on the staff had written a note of sympathy, and they included a card with a nose print and paw prints. It was a heartwarming touch that my wife and I won't forget. These are good people.”

They really take the time to make sure you and your fur baby are taken care of. They have helped us send some of our babies over the rainbow bridge and I am always impressed by the level of professionalism and care they give during some of the hardest moments of being a pet parent. Maxine was very comfortable with the location and staff while she was slightly uncomfortable with her UTI issue. The doctor provided an estimate and options and several plans with estimates for the future to remedy this persistent issue. She was very kind and sympathetic to this 2-year long issue and is doing everything to get my Maxine some permanent relief ❤️ Highly recommend this wonderful vet clinic.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Steadman Vet! While visiting my parents over the holidays, my Belgian Malinois cut her right flank badly on a parked boat propeller while running wildly with her pointy eared German shepherd cousin. It needed stitches, and as an out-of-towner, I was in a panic.
I walked in without calling, and the staff got us in right away despite the busy holiday rush. The vet and techs were calm, professional, and quick—they cleaned the wound, stitched her up with minimal stress, explained everything, and provided great aftercare.

“Incredible place to take your pets, when we adopted our kittens I decided to make East Hill our vet and I am so happy with that decision. One of our kittens has been sick unexpectedly twice and when I called they were able to get him in within 2 days. The front desk staff are so nice, the vet techs, and doctors are so caring and thorough. Also, each visit is so quick and you are not waiting a long time before you're taken back to a room. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Emily & Dr. Sizemore went beyond to make Buck & Manny relax. Us too. Phone calls were answered in a timely manner by staff. We went for yearly vaccines & check. Everything was accomplished in a without delay manner. We had a busy morning with the boys and Emily brought us much needed coffee. Office hours are very convenient. In the past we boarded Max (now deceased) because they offer options and you can view real time on the cams. Didn’t worry about our boy at all. Buck & Manny will stay there when we travel. Overall whatever I needed or asked for boys has always been addressed. I’m going to list all services we’ve used with Chairman Mao and Max as well as today’s visit. Boarded. Shots. Grooming. Prescription refills. It’s great. It’s clean. It’s convenient. I didn’t notice that this landed under Chairman Mao who boarded in the past. He loved it too.”

Today my daughter had to say goodbye to her oldest and dearest friend of 12 years. It's never easy. But I want to personally thank Dr. Wood and her staff for being so compassionate and understanding with this delicate situation and walking my daughter through this and giving her time to say her last goodbye.

“Great staff, very helpful. First experience was them scanning a lost dog for hos chip. When the lost dog turned out to be abandoned, I adopted him, and they gave Hawkens his first exam and vaccinations as our dog. Looking forward to this being our vet for as long as we live in the area.”

“We've been taking our dogs here for about 2 years. We've had basic yearly visits, surgeries, and even had to put one of our fur babies to sleep. The staff is always kind, considerate and helpful. It seems maybe a little pricey but I might be mistaken. All of the vets (3 or 4 different ones so far) we've seen have been great and we feel comfortable taking our pets there. They don't take appointments so first come first serve but it works for us.”

“I brought my senior dog Winston in for his check-up and nail trim and he has IVDD, so I’m always a little nervous about vet visits. Dr. Saeman and her assistant were absolutely wonderful with Winston They were so gentle, patient, and kind. Winston was calm the whole time, which says a lot! The lady at the front desk was also super friendly and helpful, making the whole visit smooth from start to finish. I really appreciate the care and compassion everyone showed. “Dr. Elliot handled my black lab with class. Me and my wife move around a lot, and ended up in Florida. I can honestly say Dr. Elliot was they single best veterinarian I have ever expiernced. My dog became a new dog after seeing Dr. Elliot. You would be silly not to use his practice because of how much of an amazing doctor he is.”
“We took 3 stray young cats, 1 being pregnant to this facility today and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked each one for worms, etc and took exray of the pregnant cat and saw 4 maybe 5 kittens coming! They arranged for a foster home for the pregnant cat. We were very satisfied with their staff and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you Pensacola Humaine Society for helping us out.”
“We are traveling thru the area, and needed to put our dog down. I called one other place (I wont say the name), and they couldnt quote me even a range of pricing, and referred me to an at-home service that costs almost $500.
I called Hillman, and they were kind, and reasonably priced, and gave me an appointment for the next afternoon. Everyone was so sympathetic, and the doctor took time to explain the procedure, since I'd never been thru it before. The even brought in a spoonful of peanut butter, and my dog was happily trying to eat the whole spoon when she slipped off to sleep. It made a difficult day that much easier, and I'm so grateful to have found Hillman Vet Clinic. Thank you all!”

“I took my sweet old kitty to Davis Animal Hospital last week when she wasn’t doing well. I had taken her to our regular vet the week prior and was waiting over five days for bloodwork results, which felt like an incredibly long time when your pet is sick. The vet tech at Davis, Michayla, was able to get those results that same night (turns out my vet already had them, but I was never called), and she immediately compared them with the bloodwork they ran at Davis.
Unfortunately, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my cat down. Even in such a painful moment, Dr. Ingram and Michayla were unbelievably compassionate, patient, and kind. They treated my sweet girl with so much gentleness in her final moments and made sure she was as comfortable as possible.
Michayla has been our vet tech for years from a previous clinic, and having someone my cat knew caring for her during that time brought me so much comfort. I truly couldn’t have asked for better support. As soon as I saw her walk in the room, I knew we were in good hands.
The kindness and empathy shown to us will never be forgotten. I was so impressed with the care we received that I will be switching my dog to Davis Animal Hospital, even though it’s a farther drive from my home.
