“Everyone is so attentive as soon as you walk in the door and makes you feel that you are truly welcomed and the techs are all so personal with my "fur baby" Mickey! I want him to be comfortable coming in whenever he needs to and I feel he actually knows where he is going when I get him there and so far he has not been shy! Keep up the great care!”
“We found did vet when we moved here and thankfully we did because within a month , my dog got attached by a pit pull on a walk and then our cat got attacked by our neighbors husky who jumped the fence to our back yard. It was incredibly traumatic but Warrington got me in same day for both attacks and took excellent care of our fur babies . Our cat ended up having to have emergency surgery and they made sure she got it that day and continued to be in contact with me in the day following as we prayed shed make it through. I am so grateful for these wonderful people as they comforted and walked with me through these incredibly traumatic events . I was able to talk to both vets the day after surgery which I was so thankful for . The front desk ladies especially Tracy and wonderful and has such a warm and calming presence”
“Can’t recommend this office enough! My pup needed to be seen urgently on a Saturday while we were visiting from out of town, they told us to bring her in and they fit her in between appointments. The entire staff was amazing and the vet we saw was very thorough. Thank you!!”

“We have only been to the Beulah hospital a couple of times, but just this past week we suffered the unexpected loss of our beloved dog Kona. I will admit I was a basketcase, but the staff at Beulah was incredibly patient and sympathetic and kind. It was a real struggle that day, but Dr. Ladue in particular took time out after she'd left for the day to call and check in on us. But what's more, was just yesterday we received a condolence card...but it wasn't informal...no...everyone on the staff had written a note of sympathy, and they included a card with a nose print and paw prints. It was a heartwarming touch that my wife and I won't forget. These are good people.”

Melody up front who greets you when you come in , Victoria who is assistant to the Vet Doctors, and Val who does the grooming! What a nice wonderful staff and then there is Dr. Gandy and Dr.Schroeder who are the Vet Doctors who treat and take care of your pet needs! You will not be sorry you went and tried them out! “I brought my german shepherd here this past Friday and had a wonderful experience. The front staff are warm and welcoming, I called ahead and they answered all my questions and my concerns. They understood it was easiest to walk my dog around outside while waiting. The vet tech we had was also amazing and hearing how well behaved my dog was was amazing. I wanted to give 4.5 stars but couldn't so I gave a 5 i wanted a little less because when the tech was explaining to the vet in the back outside of the room about my dogs paw and how I thought it was an absess for 2 months she sounded astounded and I could hear it all without hearing the whole story about how it went down and then came back. Come to find out it wasn't an absess but a lick granuloma. Which was a relief. Just a cautionary thought for the staff I understand some people don't have the means to have pets, but the words hurt for people who live for their babies.. other than that comment i overheard once in the room the vet and tech were amazing. They over prepared for my baby in case she would be too much and loved her just as I do with the little bit they had with her. Even though it's strictly walk in and have to wait I'll take that for the care they had for my baby”

“I have been thoroughly impressed with Olive Branch and Dr. Sprayberry! My dog had her first wellness visit with Dr. Sprayby recently. He and his team were kind, patient, informative, gentle with my pet, and very thorough with the exam. I feel at ease knowing I have found quality veterinary care for my 2 year old dog. After trying a couple places, and just not being in love with either, I was keeping my expectations low. But Olive Branch was impressive! Highly recommend. My dog also has been boarded several times at the play and stay, and has always recieved excellent care. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to try out the vet clinic.”
“We were really worried about our cat Obi. He had been throwing up a lot for about 24 hours and they ran X-rays to make sure it wasn't a foreign body and gave him some medicine to help him. The medicine and care worked so well that the next day, he ran outside and scaled a tree chasing a squirrel which is something he has never done before. We really are grateful for their help in making our Obi feel much better!”

“You couldn't ask for a better or more caring office. Since their name is the same as my last name, I took this as a sign and started coming here in 2011. The care and attention I get with my fur babies exceed my expectations. Dr. Elliott is extremely caring, proactive about pet care, and errs towards what's best for the pet. I am thrilled that Dr. Henley has returned to the practice, as she is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They recommend treatment plans and preventative care but take the time to consider what you, as the owner, need and can afford.
The office is incredibly responsive and is even more so now that they are open to texting. I have Spot Pet Insurance for my dogs, and the office staff quickly responds to their requests for information. When I boarded them at Camp Bow-Wow or took them for grooming appointments, they sent vaccination information promptly.
One of my dogs had surgery on her thyroid and needed to go to an emergency vet clinic local to the area as it was the weekend. They treated her and prescribed me some medication at $67 per pill. The following week, I returned to Chemstrand Oaks, and they gave me the same pill for $28--exactly what they paid for it with no markup. As a pet owner, I appreciate this decision and consideration of how expensive owning pets is and being a responsible pet owner.
I cannot recommend them enough, and I happily drive 45 minutes each way to take my fur babies to this office. I am a life-long fan.”

“We brought our baby boy Duke in on a Friday night after he bloated! Right away they took him in and took care of him and figured out what was going on! A little later the doctor came and talked to us and explained everything very well! I was able to ask any questions and even I knew a lot about it upfront, when it comes to your own baby, you just need to be sure!!! We went home and they promised to call as soon as they get out of surgery and they really did at 2am in the morning! It was realistic but great news and all I needed to hear at this point was "He is alive"!!! They kept me updated throughout the day and Sunday morning they called to let me come and visit!! Everyone there was so friendly and caring and everyone seemed to be in love with our big boy!!! Here again, we got all the explanations we needed and Monday we were able to pick him up!!!! We got everything we neeeded and Duke got lots of snuggles and well wishes and I would love to recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent help for their pet!!! Please understand, This is a EMERGENCY clinic and there are different types of emergencies! There is a sheet hanging in the waiting area explaining what importance each emergency has, not which importance each person/pet has... you might have to wait for a while... but once your pet has a life threatening emergency where every minute counts, you will be happy that they chose you first before that pup with the worms and diarrhea!!! I couldn't be more thankful for this amazing team we were guided to at this very scary moment!!! Forever grateful!!!!”
“Everybody in the office was amazing. We went in after recently moving to the area because we had heard good things and needed a vet quickly for our Doberman that had started acting strange. Dr. Case and the wonderful vet techs talked with us about what was going on, ran some test and while we waited for results Dr Case did some research to see if anything else could be the issue. After we got the results back; they had his meds ready right away, scheduled a follow up and have called after a few days on the meds to see how he was doing. The staff truly made us feel comfortable and like they genuinely care about our pet's wellbeing! I will be recommending them to everyone we know.”
