Ally was wonderful, my wife wanted a silver look, she took her time, explained everything, and was very patient and kind. Hurst was inviting and personal. We are definitely going to get it done. The consultation was very reasonable for what she wanted done, so I will post pics after looking forward to our visit soon!!

Tasha is amazing with my naturally curly, fine, and often frizz-prone hair. Her smoothing treatments are a total game changer—my hair feels soft, looks shiny, and is so much easier to manage. She just gets it. On top of that, she’s kind, thoughtful, and truly great at what she does. I always leave her chair feeling confident and put-together.

I had a full head of highlights done by Jessica and I’m obsessed with the results! She truly nailed the color and gave my hair so much dimension and brightness without any damage. Her attention to detail and warm personality made the whole experience relaxing and fun!
The salon itself was gorgeous! It was clean, stylish, and super welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt totally taken care of. Highly recommend Jessica and this salon if you’re looking for top-tier hair care and a great atmosphere!

I’ve been going to see Tasha at Volume One for the past 3 years and I just absolutely love her and love this business as a whole. Tons of positive inside of the building for sure! Not only does Tasha do a phenomenal job at doing my hair, but she also is the most pleasant person to be around. I always leave my appointments feeling so good about myself both on the inside and out thanks to Tasha’s kind personality and her incredible talent as a stylist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I've now moved back to Indiana from Pensacola and I literally make trips back to Pensacola specifically to get my hair done by Tasha. She's that special.

I have been a client on and off for years, I have moved away to big cities like Atlanta, however, no top salon can touch what Volume One offers. My new stylist Taylor is the best I have ever had for color, cut and blow out. Hurst is a genius, he hires the best and provides ongoing training to make sure they are cutting edge. The salon is relaxed, they validate parking and lots of great places to walk for lunch or dinner after.

Seriously one of the best salons I have ever been to! It is a super cute place in downtown Pensacola. This was one of the best hair color and hair cuts I have received in three years! Sara put so much time and effort into my hair and I was so happy with the results! She killed it, if you’re booking here, book with Sara Bridges!!! The cost of my services was so reasonably priced as well!

the place is pretty, haircut is good, the staff are nice. But on their website the service i booked said 'in-depth consultation' but stylist didnt help much, just said she can do whatever i want. I choose this service specifically cause i didnt know what to get.
Also when i booked the haircut app. it said $45 and then they charged me $65, i didn't get any additional services done. And they didnt even notify me of price change. Kinda disappointed, not worth the money. Wont come back again, cause the pricing is disingenuous.

The people were nice and very welcoming. I did love the energy of my stylist, And the salon is quite beautiful. Yet I didn’t have a good experience. 6 months ago I came in for k-tip extensions. I have very fine curly hair. I came in and showed my hair texture And they still decided to put extensions in my hair. Knowing That Bellami extensions DOESNT SELL CURLY HAIR EXTENSIONS. In fact, the wavy hair is noted to lose wave after a few washes. I was not aware that the wave Would wash out. So when I Got out of the shower A week after my appointment. My natural hair was curling While anything passing my shoulders Was almost straight. of which I went in to the salon To hopefully fix this issue And the blame was pinned on me Because The shampoo I used wasn’t the best. Yes it wasn’t, but I have had curly K tips the past year And the shampoo had done me fine. I have text message proof of them saying that The extensions were “curly.” I got them Removed for free From volume one. As well a complete refund From Bellami hair extensions. But I have never received A refund for the application process at volume one. it was pulling teeth every single time I called. I would love my money back Considering it was about $400 for the application But I’m so sick of calling. I ended up going to have to pay full price at another salon to get My K tips. If I could put photos in here I would, this salon not paying me back as complete bullsh**. I would give negative stars if I could.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair transformed by Aubrey. She did an outstanding job and communicated every step of the way, even taking the time to tone my hair AGAIN when it didn’t look quite right! She really went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result!
