Helpful and knowledgeable staff!
I called looking for a specific product, and even though Vulcan Materials didn’t carry it, the gentleman on the phone took the time to point me in the right direction and connect me with a company that did. Great customer service and willingness to help, even when it wasn’t their sale!

Whoever is answering the phones should stay off the phone. I am amazed they stay in business with someone with absolute 0 customer service skills.

I have no problem with there product. However they don’t answer the phone ever and they guy that works in the scale house is a jerk. You need know if they are going to be out of whatever you need or if they are even open. They close at random times and dates. It’s no small ordeal to send dump trucks up there having no clue if they are coming back empty handed.

The people that work there are very nice and you get what you order. Once in a while they do run out of materials but it not long before they have it back in stock!
