I was pleased that the store was open however it was manned with one person only. He was adept pleasant and very tactful. Kudos

Yelp sucks. I was here to p/u meds hours ago. Doors locked saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience." I came back... 5 hrs later. Same sign. Yelp curtailed my comment. EVERYONE has power.

This is, by far, the worst customer service anywhere in Pace, FL. Every, single time I enter this establishment, I am reminded why they are no longer my prescribed pharmacy. I simply left without making my needed purchase...again, and went home & ordered on Amazon. Cheaper & HASSLE FREE. Sadly, it's the faces that you meet in these stores putting them out of business; not online options! It's the online options we have that restore our sanity, after these in-store horrible experiences.

This is the best pharmacy in town. They are super fast and helpful and polite. I called up there to see if they sold neck braces and they got me the price and everything. Our prescriptions are always fast and in time. Clean store too.

It was quiet in there. I got in and out. They had the stuff I was looking for.

I usually have decent experiences with this Walgreens location, but when I went there last week, my experience was much different. I bought a hair product from there recently and while approaching the counter to check out noticed that the cashier was in the middle of a conversation with a customer who was still shopping. The other customer asked me what i was buying, and I showed her the product. She commented on it, then I handed it to the cashier. The next thing I know, the cashier was opening my purchase, squeezing the bottle a little, and putting it to her nose to smell it. I have worked as a cashier before and have never opened a customer's item and smelled it. If she was really that curious, she should have waited until her designated break time and walked over to where I got the product and got a whiff of one of those. From now on, I will visit the other Walgreens locations in town where they know how to behave in a professional manner.

This is the second time that I've come to this Walgreens, waiting in the drive through for over 5 minutes and have driven off and taken my business to CVS or another near by pharmacy. Not sure if they are understaffed or just poor training.
