They refuse to help patients in need. Because of who the doctor is. Even tho the prescriptions are legit. Pharmacist is rude. The technician tried to help and the pharmacist said no because she's racist in my opinion. The technician gave cash prices and she said no the doctor doesn't work with us. As a sterile/non sterile compounding pharmacy technician and retail. I'm disappointed in the way they handled this situation. Knowing the doc said they don't have issues with Walgreens just CVS. In a case the doctors won.

I just went in for bug spray- $11. I googled the same bug spray- about $5 most places. Even saw a double pack of this bug spray... for $11. I left.

Had 2 prescriptions ordered by our doctor so we called Walgreens to see when they would be ready and had to go through a gauntlet of automated questions that were very restricting and did not help me get my questions answered. Finally I was directed to speak with someone who asked me for identifying info which turned out to be a call center. This made the me very uncomfortable because I do not know what this call center is doing with my account sensitive info. They said my prescription should be ready within the hour and we would receive notification via text. 4 hours later and nothing. So I called again and went through the automated gauntlet again. I was redirected to the call center again, had to identify myself with sensitive info again, and after this call center stranger attempted to answer my questions he mumbled something and put me on hold. He must have redirected me again because I Finally got ahold of a pharmacist, who had to identify me with sensitive info again, told me my prescriptions still were not ready and that they would be ready within the hour (heard that before on first round). This is very poor and impersonal customer service especially when it comes to people needing their medication. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

It depends on who you get at this pharmacy. There's absolutely no consistency at this location. Walgreens is higher for their prescriptions that you can get elsewhere w/ better service. I've been coming to this location off and on for years now. I'm done.

Incompetence. Third trimester pregnant wife has been trying to get a simple medication for three days now and the attendant accidentally put two orders in the system that froze it and now they have to call corporate? Unbelievable.

Prescriptions are never (no exaggeration) ready on time, even with days to a week advance notice, and they do not call/notify you if a prescription cannot be filled or is not ready on time. They also falsely promise the insurance will cover a prescription if the prescription is filled at a later date, but then is not ready on that later date and not covered at all. A few of the staff members are always quite rude and obviously overwhelmed, sometimes raising their voices with customers. We will be taking business elsewhere. \\\"Short staff\\\" should not equal poor customer service.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars I would. The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. I had questions regarding a drug prescribed by my doctor and whether a more economical alternative was available. I was handed a brochure about a drug savings guide and told to call my insurance. Ironically the brochure I was handed states "Ask your pharmacist if you can save by using generic substitutions... there may be a lower cost brand name prescription available." He wouldn't even come out to speak to me. He had the person working the register do it. Shame on you, Walgreens and your employee!

Fastest service I've received at a walgreens hands down. Best advice is to go at 4am. Got my flu shot and dropped off/picked up medications within 10 minutes. All from the same pharmacist.

My review 1 year ago: My insurance made me switch from CVS to Walgreens and I hate it. As soon as I switch insurances I'm out of this dump. Horrible atrocious pathetic customer service. They are clueless. 9/11/19 UPDATE : Still at it a year later. Insurance still only accepts these fools. Walgreens called an old doctor i saw one time from an urgent care visit for a refill on an inhaler. They did not confirm nor ask what doctor to call ....nor put 2 and 2 together and realize I have ONE PRIMARY DOCTOR AND ALL MY SCRIPTS ARE HERS AND SHE ALSO ORDERS THIS MED FOR ME so contact her of course. Doctor from urgent care denies the script... Well duh he isn't my doctor.... walgreens never called to say it was denied I'm still waiting for it not knowing there's a problem....that's 2 days lost unable to breathe and sleeping in a recliner. I call them and finally realize what they did ....ask them to contact the correct doctor. 2 more days. Then they finally get it ....how long to wait for a sticker to be placed on an inhaler . ...45 mins. Walgreens cost me 4 days and 45 mins in an unecessary asthma attack. I told the pharmacy manager about it and basically was demeaned belittled and scolded as a computer does their job not them. Seriously. Maybe that's the problem, huh? I sure hope they do not kill someone with any negligence and inattention. This manager wants to get smart with you on the phone " oh I'll put that sticker on just for you this very second" in the smartest tone and takes no seriousness in the fact patients need their medication. I officially have withdrawn my entire business and will never buy so much as a stamp from walgreens and as a local medical professional, rest assured I will tell every patient and every professional I know how you can handled yourself today ma'am. AS I SAID TODAY ITS A PLEASURE TO NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN MISS GET SMART WITH SOMEONE. Big on that phone.
