If I could leave a negative star I would today.. my prescription was stolen and replaced with one that was discontinued!!
The bag had the correct name of my medication but inside bag was something completely different..I had to send son in law back up because I recently had surgery and couldn’t walk anymore they told him I switched it which was impossible I had nothing to switch it with and corporate is having me wait .. I told corporate they need to check the cameras in the Pharmacy to see who stole my medication every 7 days my dr does my meds during my recovery.. please all check your prescriptions before you leave the pharmacy counter

Yelp sucks. I was here to p/u meds hours ago. Doors locked saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience." I came back... 5 hrs later. Same sign. Yelp curtailed my comment. EVERYONE has power.

I love this particular Walgreens. The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to help me find whatever I am looking for. Take my advice and get a Walgreens account. It's free and you can download the app from the play store. If you have a Walgreens account you earn points with every purchase. You can also take advantage of special pricing and sakes that are only available to account holders. I get a lot of BOGO items that I could not get if I did not have a Walgreens account.

Best Walgreen's shopping experience! The pharmacist (she called me "my friend" ?) and pharm staff were so patient. They helped me get my prescription and save money by signing up for Walgreens Savings Card for prescriptions! Then I went to the front for a purchase and the cashier was so kind and coureous, she helped me change my zip code on my Walgreen Card so I could could use my savings on the card for my purchase. Wish every Walgreens would come up to the bar they set. Thank you for helping me!

After scheduling a visit to the pharmacy a mistake was made clearly on my behalf. Pharmacy tech Shannon was eager to help and displayed excellent customer service with a smile. That is rare these days especially in the retail environment. I will continue to use this location for all my needs. Ms. Shannon has created a loyal customer to this particular branch. Great job Shannon.

I've been there several times. All of the staff is competent and friendly. I had a great experience with the assistant manager Lisa G who put great patience and effort into helping me to get a refund from Western Union and was very pleasant the entire time.

This is, by far, the worst customer service anywhere in Pace, FL. Every, single time I enter this establishment, I am reminded why they are no longer my prescribed pharmacy. I simply left without making my needed purchase...again, and went home & ordered on Amazon. Cheaper & HASSLE FREE. Sadly, it's the faces that you meet in these stores putting them out of business; not online options! It's the online options we have that restore our sanity, after these in-store horrible experiences.

My wife scheduled a Covid test two days ago and received two confirmation emails for the appointment. She arrived 5 minutes before the appointment time and was told they had no more tests. A phone call or email letting us know would have been appreciated prior to driving an hour there.

Had a COVID vaccine appointment for 5:30pm on a Monday. Made the appointment online the day before. Super easy. Checkin was a little slow but lots of customers at the pharmacy at that time. I got my shot by 6pm. Took 2 seconds, didn't hurt at all. I think the lady who did my shot was named Hope. She was nice and I felt comfortable.
