I know a lot of people shop at Walgreens for their coupons and rewards. Fred at Store #09917 is the best cashier I have ever seen! So humble, patient, and thoughtful! Couponing tends to stress me out because cashiers and customers can make you feel so rushed that it takes the fun out of the savings. Fred Employee # 251 was a couponers dream come true!!!! And he is a really cool 😎 human being, who understands the value of a dollar 💵
I shopped at the Walgreens at 5995 Mobile Hwy in Pensacola. The cashier, Fred, helped me find the coupons I needed on the app and acquire the most rewards due my purchases. He was very patient and took as much time as I needed to accumulate the savings due my purchases!!!! Such a fantastic employee!!!

I went in the store and was greeted immediately and very politely. I found my item and during check out I was treated with respect and appreciation, I'm not sure why I felt appreciated but I did. I didn't get his name but I came to my car to do the survey because his customer service is beyond exceptional.

This place is horrific. Been trying to get to get moms prescription and they either haven't ordered it or are taking weeks....3+ so far.

LOVE THE FREE CHIME!!! i do all my money and small prepaid transactions at walgreens all of my families' prescriptions are pre-ordered to walgreens we get rewards bonus points always playing for the sweepstakes keep it coming walgreens!!

Was told on the phone that I can come to the store and get the flu shot. But was told that the person quit giving the flu shot at 7:00 p.m need better customer service

Horrible pharmacy staff. I've been waiting for over an hour for a simple antibiotic prescription. In what world does it take so long to put 14 pills in a bottle. I will never come back here again.

Went to get a flu shot. Waited an hour & twenty minutes AFTER my appointment time before pharmacist could get to it. Never received the advertised 20% off coupon w/ the flu shot. My husband has been waiting two weeks for a prescription to be filled that needed authorization. Two walgreens employees told us info had been sent to dr. After waiting more time we called the Dr office. They said they never received anything but would be happy to send over what the pharmacy needed. Called walgreens later to check status and got info pharmacy was closed that day with no explanation. No one could help. As far as I know the pharmacy has reopened. Still have heard nothing on his prescription. The staff is nice for the most part but the place seems messy professionally.

I had a great experience with the pharmacy and their staff. I was a Walgreens pharmacy customer about 2 years ago and had to move to a different provider who sends meds by mail. I realized this weekend I was out of my BP meds and they are not arriving until later this week. I ran to this Walgreens to see if they could help me with at least 6 pills, pharmacy tech saved me big time! She asked for my info and she could see my history with them, she then ask for authorization to "un-expire" my last refill and gave me an emergency supply for a few days and then to my even bigger surprise, she did not charge me. Not all heroes wear capes ! I also ended up purchasing a few items and the young guy at the cash register was a sweetheart.

Wait at the drive through was about half an hour. Alonzo was amazing once they got to us. Just wish the wait wasn't that long with only one car in front of us who waited probably about 40 minutes for service.

I just wanted to share my experience with Alonzo in the pharmacy. He is so polite and always has a smile and kind words. Whoever at Walgreens reads these Alonzo is great and deserves recognition.

2-23-24 follow up I called to see where it was and they claim it’s still in the fedex box.
Left on hold for over 10 minutes listening to them work. I was calling to see where my delivery is from nearly 2 weeks ago. I hate that my insurance forces me to use Walgreens. The worst service ever at all locations and the app is no help at all.

The pharmacy tech was so rude. She kept questioning if I was the veteran or my husband. I don't even have a husband. She looked and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Do not recommend this place at all.

Pharmacy is awful! They double charged me for three Rx's, refusing to honor Good RX prices, and are more than triple the price for Rx's than all other pharmacies in Pensacola when using the Good RX discount!!! I'm changing pharmacies today due to having to deal with these types of issues for the last year. It's infuriating that a place that's supposed to be in the business of helping people can just basically steal money right away from them!! It's hard enough to afford medications at all this day in time, especially without insurance. I hope this is helpful to those who read it. BE AWARE OF THIS PHARMACY!!!

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Publix Pharmacy is much nicer and polite.
