5-Star Review: Excellent Service at Walmart!
I stopped by Walmart recently to pick up some essential items for my semi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. The store was well-stocked with everything I needed—from tools and cleaning supplies to snacks and a few comfort items for the road.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. One of the Walmart associates went above and beyond to help me find everything on my list. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and patient, walking me to each section and making sure I had exactly what I needed. It made a big difference, especially after a long day on the road.
It’s rare to get that level of personal attention these days, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you, Walmart, and a special shout-out to the associate who made my visit so pleasant and efficient. I’ll definitely be back!

Walmart on Mobile has the worst customer service. The employee was extremely rude while i was returning an item. Didn't give me any option just said its back on your card and acted like she was losing money or something. I could not believe the attitude and disrespect to a disabled veteran in a military town like Pensacola, FL. I hope she loses her job soon. No one deserves to be treated that way. Of you see an older woman at the service desk trust me. Wait until someone else takes over!!!!!

They stubbornly refuse to put a live cashier on the grocery end of the store most of the time. Their surveys (national) don't include an NA check block for product quality (needed when all purchases are prepackaged, usually in cans or solid boxes) Also this is the only survey where the "State" selection drop down is a double spaced pain in the butt, and I live in FL.

I love shopping at Walmart. They have good prices and good products. Their pharmacy is first class. However, when you call WALMART customer service sometimes it takes a very long time for someone to come to the phone. Other than that I love the store. Thank you, Walmart.

This Walmart is trash! Has to be the management! Go to one in hwy 29 see the difference!
Their deli is trash! Overcooked chicken just never on point! And the deli staff are not very pleasant.

A bit run down, but otherwise still a decent store to shop at. During by shopping day (12/1/21) the checkout computers were running slower than normal. Took forever to pay.

The employees are hard working, but the Walmart entity itself, management and corporate, treat their employees like trash. They don't appreciate them at all. The food is mostly from overseas, where they put heavy metals and poisons in our processed foods. And Walmart sells those items.

I typically shop at this Walmart more than once a week. On the last three visits, the associates are rude and arrogant when a customer needs help finding an item on the shelf or there is an issue at the self-check-out. The associates basically don't want to be bothered and all have attitudes now. Aldi associates by contract are friendly and helpful. I will take my business elsewhere.
