The Merger from Bank of the South to Warrington Bank has not been a positive change. It's just not the same Bank anymore. Even the name is worse "Bank of the South" sounded better and the name was pleasant and inviting. Warrington Bank sounds cold, harsh and indifferent. Enough said.

Horrible bank if you own a business do not start one here. If someone fraudulently uses your debit card and charges you for something you didn’t pay for this bank does not stand behind you!

Every time you go into Warrington Bank you are greeted by friendly and respectful tellers. Toni in the drive-through is just wonderful! I couldn't be happier to bank at Warrington Bank.

The difference between banking with a national bank and banking with Warrington Bank could not be overstated. When you need assistance, you can call and get an actual friendly, local person who cares about you and your issue. No headaches, no waiting, just great customer service and attention to detail.

Been banking here for several years. Staff is very friendly and nice, willing to help at anytime. Just wish that once a month they could be open half day on Saturday. Other than that they are great.

I tried to open an account here and was turned down because I didn't have a job. I told them I was retired and had income from rental properties, but they said rental income wasn't sufficient. This place is a joke! I went across the street to the Alabama Credit Union and no questions were asked about my employment or income. They even gave me 50.00 for opening an account.

A great neighborhood bank with a friendly staff handling my banking needs since 2008.

This review pertains to the Warrington Bank on Sorrento Road: There never seem to be any customers there. Most likely, it is due to the old, bitter, hateful tellers. They charge elderly, long-standing account holders for the use of notary services, and fax. That place has gone to the dogs.....literally.
