Waterfront Rescue Mission Thrift Store is a huge, clean, and very organized store. It is well kept, with friendly and helpful employees. The inventory changes all the time and includes clothing, furniture, linens, shoes, appliances, and treasures of all kinds. Many items are gently used and in very good condition, with some outstanding finds. Shopping there benefits the community, as all proceeds fund the mission to help those in need.
However, pricing is inconsistent and much too high compared to other thrift shops. Many prices are not in line with used, second-hand items, sometimes being significantly higher than similar items elsewhere. While the store is a wonderful location with many positives, the pricing can be a concern for shoppers.
Waterfront use to be responsible but now something like these curios are a little to high at $349.99 each

Big store! Lots of variety. They half color of the week discount. A lot of things were very over priced though, some higher than new.

It's really hit and miss, like all thrift stores. But this one's spacious and huge. Not in the best part of town, but all of the proceeds go to a good cause.
