It took 40 mins to cash a check on a Monday at 11:00 am. There were 3 people working including the manager, who seemed rattled by the number of people waiting for service.

I was seated there for 1 hour because I wanted to open a business account and no one even came to greet me or ask what I needed. What I saw was no kindness from the staff .This had never happened to me. I was very disappointed, however, I moved to a different bank. and the experience was different since I arrived.

Not like it used to be. I tried walking into one branch, but due to understaffing, I was told I would need an appointment. The manager did check the availability of other branches (fewer than a few years ago). I set an appointment so I could get in and out quickly. When I arrived , again.....another understaffed branch. I arrived before the appointment time and am still waiting to see someone...and its now 25 minutes after appointment time. I understand that shareholders need stock to perform....but not at the expenses of fewer employees and soon to be fewer accounts.

This location as well as the one on nine mile are always closed when on the signs posted at the doors say the are open until 12. Got me running all over town because the online hours are wrong too. I will be moving my money and business account down the road.

The employees here are always so sweet and helpful. Every time I've been there and gotten in line, a separate associate has approached me and asked me how I could be helped. I guess this is so one doesn't wait in the main line for nothing when their matter could be handled without the main desk. I love banking here! Thanks Wells Fargo.

I’ve been calling for over an hour to reach my branc! Over 6 calls. Keeps sending me to a call center!!!! None of them could help me!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Been with this bank about 36 years!!!! Now their customer service is awful or nonexistent!!!!!!

I went to the Bayou Blvd Wels Fargo to make a cash deposit for my mother. She advised me to use the ATM. However, the ATM at the banks front door would not accurately count the cash. After three attempts, i went inside. Big mistake! After waiting in line the teller told me they couldn't accept the CASH DEPOSIT because I was not on her account. I explained the Atm would not count the money correctly, and she flat says she can't accept it. So, no one could figure this out?! This is absolutely absurd that this joke of a bank will accept the deposit at the front door 10 feet away from their counter BUT not at the counter.?! Kindly Fix the ATM so people can conduct business! This company makes life more difficult - take your money elsewhere.

Ruth was so so sweet, she helped me for over two hours with a scam situation and I couldn’t of been more lucky with who I got to help. She was so caring and obviously wanted my issue to be fixed and did everything she could. She portrayed real customer service! I will come back and request for her if I ever need anyone again! This Bank is awful. The Customer Service is below average. Instead of focusing on shorter waiting times, the management team only cares about door security.For example, they use their managers as people greeters. Instead of assisting with the overcrowding, managers would rather stand by the door shaking hands than take a customer.If you asked my opinion, go else where for a great experience.
