Cannot get anyone at this branch to help me with a CD renewal! Tried least 5 times at the branch plus multiple phone calls with no answer!! Will put my CD in another bank that cares!!!!

I opened up an account, and had to visit the branch 5 times in a week! No matter what i did, i had no access to my money! After the 4th time,i withdrew all my money, and tried to close the account. They wouldnt let me. I came back again, to close the account, and the very rude teller rolled her eyes at me, and told me to call the 800 number. Are you kidding me?!Go next door to PNC, theyve been Excellent so far!!! Wells Fargo employees.....unbelievably awful!!!Update- Wells Fargo contacted me, and said according to their records i never had an account there. Weird, because i both deposited and withdrew money from that account, as well as physically closing the account! Very untrustworthy employees and bank! Go somewhere else!!!

If you want to have a great bank, and actually values you, don't bank here. Wells Fargo is a joke. From customer service, to providing help in any form, I'd give this bank a 0/10. Bank at Pen Air

Lady in the drive thru was just rude as all heaven to a disabled woman riding in a cab knowing it cost money for this lady to be just sitting and waiting.

Wellsfargo is an AWEFUL bank.I've tried several times to talk with a banker about a simple issue with my account that is causing big issues, and it's always the same respones of "we don't have a banker on staff right now" or "call and make an appointment".I don't even understand how a BANK operates with NO BANKER!?I've attempted to call multiple times. I sit on hold forever, and it just hangs up the call. What a middle finger to the customers.This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with, wellsfargo has put my family in financial hardship due to the lack of proper management and customer care, the CEO should be ashamed that this is how their company is being handled.

Be prepared to wait a week for an appointment. During the appointment they just call the help line and give you the phone. Incredibly bad customer service.

I was going open a large account with Wells Fargo but after seeing all these 1 star terrible reviews I'm going to pass. I've never seen this many bad reviews on a bank. Sheesh ! Is anyone there doing anything about all these issues? All Wells Fargo sites in Pensacola have these bad reviews for various reasons. That many people cannot be wrong. Employees stealing money and employees using male customers personal info to look up men for their dating purposes ?? Long lines and calls not answered and list goes on and on. No thanks I'll go elsewhere life is stressful enough.

Been to this branch in the last month. Don't bother them without an appointment to open an account or get any information. No appointment no service. After opening account tried calling either person who I delt with orthe Branch manager phone, no voice-mail and disconnect. Call customer service you get someone in the Philippines. Don't be fooled by their business cards , totally useless. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM WELLS FARGO.

I have had an account here more than 10 years. I have had 2 of the branches I use close so I'm now on the third branch and considerably further away than my first or even second. I have never had to have a appointment and they have always had sufficient staff to handle walk ins. After all banks typically have walk in customers. When we got there we waited for a bit and the manager came out and told us that they could see us, but it was going to be over an hour and we really needed an appointment. She acted as though we where bothering her and she had no inclination to assist us. So, I went home and immediately made an appointment for 9am the following day. And when we arrived we where the second to walk in the first to be seated to see a banker. At about 9:15 the manager, the same person from the day before that said I needed an appointment ask what we where there for. I informed her that we had a 9am appointment (since they open at 9 that's the earliest you can get) and that I needed to add my girlfriend to my account. She then walks back into her office, comes out and calls the Hispanic couple that came in after us and then told us that our banker was running late, my girlfriend asked if they double booked the appointment, the manager who had just said our banker was running late (I have never been assigned a banker at any bank, I don't have that much money) then said no they didn't double book, she just didn't have another banker Comming in until later. When you have 2 appointments booked for the same time and only scheduled staff for 1 isn't that what is referred to as being "Double Booked"? So my girlfriend asked again if they had double booked the appointment, she started with a third excuse. I then asked to speak to the manager. That's when she introduced herself as the manager. So, after 10 years of being able to just walk in and have my banking needs net suddenly they aren't staffed to handle walk ins and I am told by the manager that it will be over an hour wait (there was only 1 other person waiting and appointments are made in 30 minutes intervals) and I really need an appointment and her attitude was not one of someone who actually wanted to assist us and more of someone that just wanted us to go away. I make an appointment for 9am, when we get there they double booked the slot and then the manager gives 3 different excuses as to why there isn't another banker there to assist us. She didn't introduce herself as the manager until I asked to speak to the manager. We had to come back a third time to get my girlfriend added to my best 10+ year old account. When I called the customer service line I got a very generic "I'm sorry" and that was it. I mean they could have at least had the manager that way rude and wasted my time twice, she could have called me and apologized for being so rude as well as for wasting our time not once but twice! I am seriously considering changing banks.I'm getting fed up with today's customer service. I'm the aftermath of COVID the customer no longer matters. And they don't hesitate to be sure the customer is aware that they couldn't care less that their needs aren't being met even though it's their job to meet their needs.

Had to call customer service and relay the terms and conditions notated on their website because my account was incorrectly debited in ACCORDANCE to what is notated in their “terms and conditions”. Triple check absolutely everything since they apparently have shady behind the scenes practices and now I have almost $150 missing, with the notification of it being deposited yesterday. Hubby & I have been looking to bank locally & have been looking into a few banks. Due to the lack of professionalism & lack of services provided, we have decided to go with a local credit union. Do not recommend.
