Despite repeated tries, waiting lengthy periods of time, enduring various inappropriate menus and at various Pensacola locations, I have never experienced a local branch of Wells Fargo to answer its phones. I guess they're big enough they don't feel the need to deal with people on a personal level. I am totally unimpressed. Rob Donnell

Customer service is horrible here had a problem with my account and why my check was on hold and some guy named Clifford who works there had NO knowledge about his job. Treated me like I was a dog and was quick to get me out of the way. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. That was my last straw with this bank I’m deciding to close my account and go with Chase. Whatever you do save yourself a bad day and just avoid these people!

Used the ATM at this bank for the first time. I drew out 100 w/the warning it would cost $3. I agreed to the charges. Checked online banking a few days later & I was charged twice to withdraw money from this ATM. 1st transaction was for $103 and 2nd was for $2.50. So it cost $5.50 to withdraw $100. How often do they do this to customers?

Staff inside is nice. Customer service is horrible. Deposited money and it was held for like 7 days. Someone spent over $400.00 off my card and the cx service swore it was me. Argued with me and wouldn't listen to me telling him I did not have receipts matching the amounts. (It was on Amazon) Amazon was no help either bc I couldn't verify any information about the order.

I walked in stood in line. After waiting on the tellers to assist. Another member walked right in. Skip the line and the teller began to assist her. Not sure why there is a form line here. If you can walk right in to skip the line. You would think the teller would’ve said let me help her first since she was in line first. She said nothing.

Really bad drive thru service, been sitting out there for 30 minutes and wouldn’t see one car leave the drive thru, i don't expect to stay 45 minutes in a drive thru they need to accommodate and hire more staff, one teller can’t handle the drive thru alone!!

Hands down the best banking experience I've ever had. I just opened a new checking account, which took roughly 45 minutes. Toscha, the banker who assisted me, was knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Building is clean and feels like a secure place to handle your financial needs.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They have lost contact with reality. I've since filed a complaint with corporate and they just ignore the problems. They have charged my account bogus fees and never done anything to resolve it. Filed a complaint with the state and federal authorities. Do not recommend doing business with them. You'll be sorry. I am.

Older lady will just looked at your check and tell you to go to your bank. Don't even ask you if you are banking with them! I told her this is our bank, I need to cash this check if you can, if not, it's okay, it will be deposited in my account and wait for the next business day. After I told her this is our bank she turned around with nasty gesture and start dealing with it, took my ATM card which is never happened before because I can just swipe it in there (at the counter) to make deposits through checks. This lady is lazy don't want to call the customer service to get the authorization code of this kind of check!!! Has attitude and no quality customer service!! Grumpy ladies should stay home and quit their job in the bank! Wells and Fargo at University Pkwy Pensacola!
