Stopped in to cash a quick check and have been here for 10 minutes. It took 2 people to help one person get cash. I don't have a lot of time to wait and had I known this was the issue I would have went to a different bank. Now I've wasted my whole lunch hour and stilll haven't cashed a check. EDIT - I waited 30 minutes, wasted my lunch break and still didn't get my check cashed. So I have to come back to this poorly ran bank again.

The staff has always been nice and professional to me. They seem to be short staffed as most of the time there is a line at the teller window. But then again I do not feel rushed, when it is my turn, at the teller window.

Was told I couldn’t get helped without an appointment at 12:15p. I made an appointment for 3pm when i arrived at 2:55p someone without an appointment was being helped and as I was waiting patiently but furious another gentleman asked if he could be seen without an appointment the banker said sure, that same gentleman is being helped as I wait at 3:17p. The customer service is non existent.. I am so disappointed..

Drive thru close at 12. So they decided to close it at 11. And it's raining. No parking,line at ATM on sidewalk while raining. Line side with 2 bankers an 1 take a course on a desktop. Other in loan debt. Handicap parking with physical problems with walking an standi. Is walking in the rain to enter the bank. This is completely mismanagement. Drive thru are advertised with a sign on the wall drive close at 12 on Saturday. Great job of disrespecting your customers

Bunch of incompetent liars. After playing devils advocate with them about a check clearing in 2 days, I was powerfully told 48 hours, by an additional, what seemed to be a manager. I have documentation from home office showing 2 day as well. Now after the fact with no notice, wells changed it to two weeks, which is why I played devils advocate, and wanted assurance, I would received it in two days.So I can’t have the check back and they’re not releasing funds as originally agreed. Wish I could just change up my loan up after the fact, however it suited.Certainly if I was late or overdrafted, I’d get a fee. Will I receive the same for their mistake or trickery?Went to two other branches both gave me a conflicting information(how can I believe anyone at wells if they’re all saying different things and called the 1800 number, and they have no authority to actually do anything.I would like my money, as originally discussed and accountability for the miscommunication and lack of proper business ethic.

Been to this branch twice in the last month. Both times are a disaster of NO Customer service. Don't bother them without an appointment to open an account or get information. Second visit was to freeze an account based upon attorney recommendation. No appointment no service. A Relationship Banker was to call me. NEVER happened. Call the Branch manager phone, no voice-mail and disconnect. Call customer service you get someone in the Philippines.

if i could give 0 stars i would! i find it ridiculous that you can’t get through to anybody on the phone and even after leaving multiple messages over a 1 week span, nobody reaches back out to you. and monica jackson (who i believe is the bank manager) is extremely rude and unprofessional! i would not recommend this location AT ALL

Slowest bank, drive through took 15 min with 3 people in line. Only making deposit and once I got to drive up took 10 min then asked for ID. When I said I didn't need receipt just deposit cash, refused to put in so I left with cash to go to diff branch on my lunch break. Customer service sucks, he'd rather prove his point and argue with a customer after im frustrated due to late for work. Navy fed is the bank to go!

Slow drive thru service. Better customer service and much faster at the other location on 9mile. Be nice if they had a drive up ATM like the one at the other end of 9mile by Chick-Fil-A.

Please give me a logical reason why you can't deposit cash into another person's account. Every other bank lets you do it. Good luck getting a human on the phone.
