I had a well visit at 7:30 this morning. I was there well before my appointment time and checked in or so I thought I checked in . The receptionist didn’t fully check me in and after 40 minutes of waiting I went and asked why I hadn’t been called back yet. The receptionist that didn’t fully get me checked in said that there must have been a glitch and they would try and work me in. I waited 20 more minutes and went back up there and let them know that I had to take my mother to a doctors appointment at 10 across town.They said that they couldn’t work me in before then and I would have to reschedule. I used sick leave to take off for this appointment and I don’t have any left to take off for another appointment. I told them that I absolutely had to have my paperwork filled out and faxed today, which they agreed to for my insurance. I believe that since it was a well appointment, they didn’t even try to work me in because they don’t make enough money off those kind of appointments.

Absolutely horrible at thier job. Blames problems on the "new system" they have. Never pro-active on scheduling, loses lab work, wants you to re-do. Horrible on communication. Wastes your time. I wish I never used vacation time to come to your office. Strongly suggest finding someone else.

Not sure how you guys have a va contract for pcm at this point. 7 months 3 phone calls and even talked to the clinic manager and you still don't put in the referral for mental health.

They dont mind wasting your time. The online appointment service allowed me to set up to appointments. Only to get here and wait and to be told oh we can't take your appointment because it not for new patients. Why do yall allow it to be requested online? And to be told I was called and emailed of the cancelled appointment. And no communication was found of such.

Took my daughter to have her face looked at because she is blue with red blood vessel busted all over her face dr stoddard and nurse Beverly said she looks fine and sent her home when asked them to check her face again nurse Beverly said what do you want us to do about itYOUR JOB WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO!!! Milking the money but wont do your jobs

I make early appointments. So the wait time isn't as long as it could be. Dr Richard Hawthorne is friendly kind and very helpful.

I'm grateful to Dr. Serda Hathorne MD. I appreciate her listening ear and her concern for my health. I've been with her a few years now. I'm very pleased with West Florida health care.

low stars are because of long wait time. The staff and doctor are awesome but the wait time is so long that I have to schedule 2 hours out for a 3.5 minutes meeting with my doctor.

I waited 1 hour past my scheduled appt time to be seen. The visit was indepth and fruitful which, otherwise, made the wait worth it.I feel confident that the NP has my best interest in heart and she is thorough and congenial. I am satisfied with the care.

Although I a greatly happy with the medical treatment received, I am equally unhappy with administrative treatment. Mis-spellings of name created issues still unresolved. Incorrect address still remains. I would like to utilize the patient portal but to too remains incorrect. This leaves me feeling less than confident in my medical records. I’m still awaiting a telephone call back requested after talking to three people at the office claiming not to know how to use or set up the portal. This is unacceptable.

This is an excellent facility. Dr. Serda Hawthorne is wonderful. She listens and is seriously interested in my well-being. I would recommend her for anyone interested in finding a knowledgeable and caring Primary Care Physician. Everyone there is so respectful and friendly.

Dr. Ganga does not respond to her patients needs. Have waited over two weeks for my medical to be restored. Referrals have not been made. Will never go back to her. I recommend finding a new doctor.

Dr. Schuka is an outstanding Doctor! The entire staff is first rate. I feel well cared for there and highly recommend this doctor and office to everyone!
