Refused to accept my 7 y/o prescription because they were "closing soon" but failed to let me know. Still during pharmacy hours I had to get back on the phone with the doctor to resend the prescription that was originally refused.

Will not be back, ever for any reason. Photo area employee and a manager accused my wife of lying when she indicated that the photos she was having processed were made by a family friend and therefore did not need a copyright waiver. They refused to release the photos until she went home, got a signed waiver and returned. Then the wanted to keep a copy of the waiver in the event that we needed to have additional photos made. No need -- we'll never be back in there. They were rude and their behavior was inexcusable. Citing some sort of 'policy' does not excuse mistreatment of customers. I'm also checking credit card statement very closely. I believe they probably billed us twice for this single order.

I visited the pharmacy today for my flu shot. I was greeted by the pharmacy tech Cindy who made my visit very pleasant. Her smile made it a bit more positive as I waited for my vaccination. I have received my flu vaccination every year for the past 8+ years and I have to say it was the least painful experience out of them all. Kudos to the pharmacist that administered it. I can't say anything negative about my visit. I called around to neighboring pharmacies in town for cost of 'out of pocket' flu shot and Walgreens offered the best pricing by a good margin.

New management and a new employee at this location TERRIBLE! I have spent thousands of dollars in this store! I have purchased hundreds of dollars in their photo department and today they asked me a question about copyright on a picture. I TOOK THE PICTURE MYSELF and they wanted me to prove it! I have made MANY copies of that particular photo(which is 6 years old) to put in photo albums but today they were rude to me about it! I told them that I had been going to that store for 12 years but it was more like 10 since they opened and that I would never lie about anything! I took out the pics that were taken professionally. I asked for manager and the two of them said "we are"!!! RUDE!!!! I went back to the pharmacy since I do spend a few hundred back there every month and spoke to BROOKS the pharmacist, who knew me by name (I really like him and a Mike the pharmacist and Daniel the tech) he said he would speak with Matthew the manager and get back to me! Funny how others in that store knew me by first and last name but the two clowns I dealt with were very rude! I can gladly take all my business across the street!

Policy caused bad service at Pensacola location. Store Managers should be empowered to make decisions at store level vs sticking to a policy that disrupted service to guests. Guest in front of line wants to buy a candy bar and get back $15. He can't due to increments says cashier. So he says, I'll buy 2 candy bars and to transactions. $10 on one, $5 on other. Cashier states, I can only do one transaction per person. That's policy. He says I'll buy his one, then leave store, come back and buy other one. Cashier says, I won't ring it up. That's policy. Calls manager, manager, says that's policy. Sorry. Meanwhile the line is waiting to checkout due to this policy. This is an instance where manager could just let the transaction happen. Vs standing behind a policy. There would be no difference if he purchased a candy bar and received $10 back. Then if I was next, did same thing but received $5. Manager could have easily made a decision to do the right thing. We don't improve if we do not here feedback, so I wanted to take the time to write this story around the interaction I witnessed at Walgreens today. I'm a fan of Walgreens and prefer your store over CVS. After all, it's on the corner of Happiness. :-)

Friendly, clean, and convenient. Was greeted numerous times - upon entering the store, walking through aisles, etc. Etc. It seems as if customer service is a big deal to the store's success. Easy to find what I was looking for. Super excited to use my rewards coupon however, it was a day expired. The cashier, seeing my disappointment, began to search through the store coupon stash to see if there was anything I could use - she went about an beyond. Will return again.
