Had to wait for over a week AFTER I dropped my vehicle off before they even first looked at it. No loaner or rental options. You have to call several times to get an update on your vehicle and that's if someone answers. Vehicle is always there several days without them informing you of that at drop off. No loaner vehicle even for warranty work. I'm considering getting rid of my Ford so I don't have to go to this joke of a dealership.

Marko Barlow, the Internet Manager, was consistently helpful and answered all my questions. He even helped me several weeks after the sale, solving a problem that did not involve his department.
