I dropped off my F150 for a diagnostic. The vehicle repair was completed the following week. My service technician clearly understood the issue with my vehicle, she was knowledgeable and helpful. She also kept me updated on the Repair progress both by telephone and text messaging. She even responded to texts after hours. I recommend this dealership for your service needs.

World puts up unreasonable obstacles to getting warranty service on the vehicles they sell. I have a very minor power window glitch that is known to only take a few minutes to fix but World will not even evaluate the issue for “at least 4 weeks”. I wouldn’t have a problem with that if they did like every other dealer in Pensacola and let you bring your car in for that appointment, but no… THEY TELL ME I MUST SURRENDER MY CAR TO THEM TO SIT ON THE LOT FOR AT LEAST A MONTH UNTIL THE APPOINTMENT! I have reached out to both the BBB and Ford, but they refuse to advocate for the little guy! Do not buy here. No customer service after the sale! PFA

I have purchased 3 cars with Robin Homer and she was amazing every time I needed her. I can not praise this woman enough. She cares for her customers and will go above and beyond. I will continue to purchase vehicles from her as long as she works here. The car I purchased yesterday was in Panama city. She went and got the car and dropped it off with my daughter. It was her birthday gift and Robin made sure she got what she wanted. I could not recommend anyone more than this woman. Go see Robin. She will treat you like family and get you the best deal.

They try to get out of their warranty obligations by putting up obstacles to service. They won't service your vehicle for warranty unless you surrender your car for "at least 4 weeks" before they work on it. No other dealer in Pensacola makes you surrender your vehicle to receive service, you just make an appointment! They don't want to fix your vehicle.

I purchased two Ford Expeditions from World Ford between 2017 and 2020, my initial experience in sales and service was very satisfying. Then I noticed the long term sales people were gone and after that the service advisors became a rotating group of people with nobody staying very long.I had trouble with my 2020 A/C this past July and in the heat of the summer I had to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment. I could not get the service manager to return a call after several requests. Once in the dealership for three days they said they could not find a leak, but if I had anymore trouble to contact my service advisor and they'd get it in right away. After a week of calling and texting my service advisor I finally drove over to World Ford. The reception and treatment I got from the service advisor and the service manage, (who didn't have the guts or gumption to see me) was appalling!World Ford is no longer your local friendly dealer, avoid them at all costs. Or get a Dodge down the street like I did that same day I endured my last insult from World Ford of Pensacola!

Unfortunately, I do dread going car shopping and in the process of buying one with Marco he seem very easy and quick, very thorough and also very patient with me. I appreciate that and Steve who handles the financial he made that pretty quick. I was out of there within 25 minutes signing on the papers I would highly recommend world Pensacola, a Florida. Just give Marco it’s up and I’ll take care of you.

Our Ford Focus was disabled by a TCM fault that was covered under an extended warranty from Customer Satisfaction Campaign 14M02. Dave, our service representative, had great communication and informed us as work proceeded. Repairs took several days total but the key part arrived quickly and then actual work took about 3 days. The service department seems well organized and always polite people. Dave behaved like an advocate which is something you always hope for when in for service. I am pleased about this believe me. We have purchased 4 vehicles from World Ford over the years so we have experience at this dealership. Thanks for a good experience. October 2023.

Spent 4 hours waiting for a recall to be corrected, and was advised the dealership did not have the knowledge or part to do the repair.They obviously knew they couldn't do the service before scheduling my appointment.Afterwards I contacted Ford motor company and they advised World Ford did in fact have the proper procedure to correct the recall,!Very poor customer service!

Greg in parts, this ones for you bud.Wow what an extremely helpful parts dept. I called right before close on Wednesday looking for some trans fluid and they didn't have it in stock but another ford dealer nearby did. Instead of just saying "no we don't have it", Greg picked up the phone and made it happen. Luckily, they had someone close-by and picked it up for me. Greg said it would be ready for pick IN THE MORNING! Holy smokes, what customer service. This wasn't a huge sale for them. $70 total. However, Greg treated me like I had just purchased a brand new Ford Raptor. What a breath of fresh air in today's world where good customer service is rare. When I showed up, Greg had the fluid waiting at the counter, and we finished the deal. I almost never write reviews but felt this review was necessary. Thanks again Greg. You're work ethic, skills, and professionalism made this transaction smooth as silk. Keep up the good work.

Worst service department ever and anywhere. They'll take your vehicle then try to sell you services you didn't ask for at exhorbitant prices. Once you authorize only those you want/need. They'll keep your vehicle for as long as they want (3 days and counting so far) without any status provided during your vehicle's stay. After not hearing back from my service advisor after several VMs and emails, I tried to call the main number only to be parked in a never ending hold with obnoxious music. I had enough so I called and asked to speak the the Service Director himself (Frank) but guess what - his VM box was full with other complainants no doubt. Go somewhere else. You'll be happier anywhere but there.

The P204F Engine light on the 2019 23F Transit Winneabago has been fixed! Thank you to everyone that responded to me while I was on the road. World Ford of Pensacola fixed the problem at no charge. They even let me bring it in two days sooner then the scheduled appointment and only kept it half a day. Brandon Parker,my service advisor, could not have been any nicer. The mechanic Travis Sellner went the extra mile on the service as well. I posted the invoice to my Winnebago Fuse group we have about 3000 members and they were equally as impressed as I was. My friends and I were very impressed and now her daughter is looking at a car there.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a car at World Ford Pensacola. She were not only attentive and patient, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that the registration process was fastLastly, the delivery of my car was seamless. The staff at World Ford Pensacola made sure that the car was in perfect condition before handing over the keys. They even took the time to walk me through all of the features and functions of the car, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident.Overall, I cannot recommend World Ford Pensacola enough. The staff, selection, and overall experience were top-notch. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend giving them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

WOW!!!!!!! This has to be the beat dealership I have ever visited (I have own just about every auto maker out there). So I have a 2017 F250 that developed the upper pan oil leak. Call "my dealership" and was told it would be 3 months until they could look at it. Then it may be a month after that until I get it back due to part availability! Decided to call world ford and was told ya we can get you in next week! I ask what about parts. The advisor told me they will call me back. 1 hour later they called back and stated everything was available. Drive to world ford( 1.5 hours away from my house).There I met Katie. She greeted me with a smile and insured me they had me taken care of. She informed me it was covered under my exstened warranty! This is a big repair and I was expecting 3 weeks or more. Katie was in touch with me the whole time. A few days go by and she sends a message parts are ordered. A few days after that she send a message saying it should be ready the end of the week. I called her to tell her i would not be able to get to the dealership for was week or so because I was out of town. Get this .... she offered to bring the truck to me. I was set back that they where going to bring my truck to me. Who does that yup World Ford!. First time to this dealership and it will not be my last. It will be my only go to dealership for now on and my be where I buy my next truck. Thank you World Ford!!

I worked with Justin Mullins, he was really great at trying to meet the needs that I was asking for, when I mentioned looking for something may be at a little lower price point he showed me several different vehicles online and then we even went and looked at one on the lot that he had. Overall, the experience was great. Justin really takes care of his customers. I would recommend him highly.

I would like to thank Bryan and World Ford of Pensacola for the best customer service I've had in awhile. I had to drop off my car for an oil change. I wasn't able to return before close of business. He sent me the payment link via text message and followed my pick up instructions as requested. Bryan did a fabulous job. I look forward to his customer service on my next visit to World Ford of Pensacola.
