Someone at this location saved the day! I wish I had gotten her name. Penske couldn't provide the truck I had rented days before. On the actual pick up day Penske called and said no trucks are available. This location checked all over and got me a 15' truck, one-way, out of state within an hour. I am very grateful and will always use U-Haul from now on!

I wish there was 0 star review. This is the 2nd time try refilling some propane tanks the first time been 3 months ago, I was told then that it was cloudy and drizzling and they said they couldn’t refill the thank, today the person in charge was on his break and no one else could do that. Definitely not a way to run a business. Terrible customer service.
Fast forward 3 months to today. The excuse this time for not refilling my tank was that it was old and outdated and he wasn’t able to refill it. It feels like they get upset when you walk into their business cause you’re making them work. I really wish the owner pay attention to this reviews and comments

Refused to hook up trailer because of rain, stated “dont care that wasn’t communicated, I am telling you”. Rude and belligerent with no one suggesting anything constructive. Will not return

The truck rental was easy and efficient. They sent us the invoices via email and confirmations eithout a problem shortly after completion upon return.

50/50 shot to get propane. Never anyone to dispense the propane. This time the same guy that dispensed it to me last time told me no one could dispense it. Terrible customer service. Employees want to cash a check and not work. Typical.

The customer service at this location is extremely concerning. They tend to you whenever it is convenient to them. They act as if their doing you a favor. Stood outside for 35 minutes and was told that they old had one person certified to refill Propane one person? I was told she was busy in the back- only to see that she was on her cell phone discussing personal matters. This location needs some serious attention by Management. If U-Haul can’t attend to the city of Palmetto Bay and acutler bay maybe they would vacate and allow another business who is looking to make their mark and treat the public like they should. With kindness, courteous and ready to assist. Just Horrible place and service.

2nd time I have been to this place to fill up propane tanks. First time was told no filling during rain, ok, understandable. Came back later that day, no rain, no thunder, clear. Still wouldn't fill the tanks. Today, I get a kid that's lost and has never seen a fiberglass propane tank and has no idea about the date. Goes and get some other employee and that person straight out tells me that my tanks have a recall. Vikings tanks do not have any recalls. But he could careless about the manuf or date on the tanks. This place is just full of people that don't want to help anyone out.

They charged me an invoice and after telling me that everything was fine at the time of delivery, in a few days they charged me double the invoice claiming that I was one minute past double the Miles, I don't know how they did it because they charged more Miles to the car, I suggest you take the vin number of the rented car, photos of the mileage meter and "never leave the place without being given the official invoice,,

Had a reservation made and took about an hour to finally get the truck. They need more employees, start to value the time of the customer. Very unpleasant experience, I will go somewhere else next time.

This had to be one of the worst truck rental experiences, made a reservation more than a week in advance to have the location call less than 24 hour in advance to advise the truck was no longer available at that location and the only option was the PERRINE location which was 30 mins out from me. Arrived at the store to be told they did not have any 26 trucks available and did not understand why they would have reserved that. The employee walked out of the store halfway through helping me. The only other employee finally resolved the issue after a 3 hour wait!!!! I had to pay movers for the time they waited since my pick up time was 12:30pm and I did not receive the truck until almost 4pm. I will definitely never do business with Uhaul again and I will make sure any one I know doesn’t either. Don’t understand what’s the point of making a reservation if they will not have the truck available. Uhaul made an already stressful situation worst!

A company that doesn’t value people’s time. Was told they can’t hook up the trailer I rented because of the rain. Please see picture attached. I offered to hook up my own trailer but they declined. I offered to hook it up and then pull up to the covered roof so they can perform their inspection they still declined. No sense of urgency, common sense or thinking outside the box. Please look at the picture of this catastrophic, biblical storm.
