The people at this location are extremely helpful, I came in with a broken phone and they helped me get a new phone that I LOVED. They helped ensure I was fully set up with my info and all the cricket ad-on included on my plan... Highly recommended!!

Scammers. Starting having battery issues this past Sat. Dec . (It's Wednesday). Went into store in perry fl. Mon dec. 16. Girl there was less then helpful. All she wanted to do was insist the my phone was burning hot. It was warm no where near hot much less burning. Said ins or warranty would be cheapest option. Return to said store Dec. 17 to sign on store saying the had to close early and would reopen on Dec. 17th. HELLO!! Been with cricket for a few years and Everytime we have had a issue with a phone it's been a major hassle to get resolved at one point they even made the issue worse. The only good customer service ever had from cricket was in the Okeechobee FL store from Mike and his crew. Orherwise cricket has been a nightmare and would not recommend to anyone. They suck.
