“Kaylan Holmes (KayKay) did an amazing job. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Not only did she get me started and with all the phone difficulties ran into she handled it well. Ontop of this, I’m type 1 diabetic and my blood sugar randomly dropped at the store (my luck smh) and I let her know. She helped me by giving me something that would help bring it up. I offered to pay her back for her item(s) and she didn’t accept it, but she saved a medical emergency from happening. So grateful for her. She was understanding and reacted quickly ontop of while still helping me with getting service started. Her customer service is above a 10 for sure.”
