“I have been a cricket customer for nearly 22 yrs. Thats right! Since the days of the nokia 5100 and the late 1990's? Thru the years one sometimes must go to a cricket authorized dealer or Cricket store. I just wanted to say that my recent experience at this particular Cricket store this past Sunday, could not have been more pleasant or helpful!?? A young lady Who manages this store was friendly and able to great me and was the most informed and on top of their game employee, I have encountered in my 22 yrs as a customer.I had a technical problem she was able to alleviate promptly and was very informative of my options, all while not pushing any unnecessary options. I highly recommend this store if you are looking to establish a phone service with cricket, or Need technical help.
