I placed an order for parts from Oreilly’s in Perry Fl. Dave was so helpful! When I picked up the parts Dave checked to make sure everything was correct. One part was broken so he ordered a new one. He went above and beyond and delivered the part to my home when he got off work that day! Top notch customer service! Thanks so much Dave.

I was having issues with my battery early in the morning and I called ahead to verify if my battery was in stock, Jason verified it met me at the door as I pulled in and had my battery swapped out and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. The outstanding customer service took my situation seriously and got me back on track, thank you!
