The united healthcare representative is taking pictures of females while they're at the register. Total creep. His phone made a click sound and a flash came from his phone while it was pointed at me. The cashier and him tried to play it off like it was just lightning outside. No it wasn't. His phone clicked and the flash on his phone went off. Absolutely disrespectful and a violation of people's rights. I will be complaining to united healthcare because he is acting like a predator.

Love this Walgreens! I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years.That's a record for me! Usually the staff changes or something arises that causes a switch. My medical problems require a lot of medication changes. Therefore, I'm a frequent store customer. This pharmacy goes over and above for their customers. Debbie, one of the pharmacist, is exceptional in all her duties. Meg, and the others, are knowledgeable, experienced and always friendly. (I'm sorry if I forgot a name). The Walgreens store employees at the front are terrific as well. Just outstanding people that make your visit a pleasant experience!

I’m down here in Perry, Florida for the winter and was actually hesitant to use this Walgreens because my experience last year was horrible! This year is totally the opposite. The pharmacist Debby Scarvelle (sp) was amazing, kind and helpful!! The checkout lady in the front of the store was so nice! I will definitely continue to use this Walgreens

I have Humana insurance..Full coverage. Have been getting my medication delivered to me free because my insurance covers it. Was called by a Walgreens pharmacist today, Sunday, and told my prescription could not be delivered unless they have my credit card number. I explained that my insurance covers delivery. The pharmacist stated that although that is true they, Walgreens of Perry Florida, are tacking on an additional $5 for same day delivery or $4 and change for 1-2 day delivery. Mind you. I am disabled, my doctor won't let me drive because of my disability and there is no public transportation from where I live in Perry . So. My breathing medication will have to wait till I can find a ride to pick it up even though my insurance covers it. Also. It is Sunday and I was not informed of this when I ordered it yesterday Saturday. I guess the $5 is more important than someone's health

Absolutely worse pharmacy experience! 9:30 and 9:45 appointments for our Covid shots. 1 hour later still waiting. People being chosen out of order from registration. Girl on register just keeps saying we are doing the best we can.

Very slow service. People in the pharmacy ignored me for a long period of time. Unprofessional. I pulled up and their normal window girl was instead only helping people inside. One after another customers inside were helped, without acknowledging the presence of people who had been waiting at the window. There was another woman, Lisa I think, who stood next to the window and saw me waving her down and ignored me and refused to go to the intercom. I was sitting there quite awhile being ignored with a long line of cars behind me. I had to remove my seatbelt to reach over and hit the intercom because she felt like ignoring me completely. I've also had them tell me several times they would renew a prescription by a certain time and when I get there they say they won't even do it the same day, or worse that the last person lied to me and didn't renew it at all. Petty and immature employees. At this time it's obvious they're intentionally being rude and lying to waste my gas. If you leave an honest review they'll retaliate. I don't know if Walgreens completely doesn't have any corporate integrity anymore but they let the employees here pretty much continue to work here no matter how badly they behave.

It's better than CVS with their carpeted floors and there is always someone there when you go in and are very helpful in the store and the pharmacy.

We found everything we was looking for here & the store/pharmacy was organized & clean. One thing that was bothersome was a staff member was talking rudely to other staff & we heard them call her Rebecca or Becca. Later we overheard her again bad mouthing other staff members saying things that we felt were unacceptable & unprofessional towards coworkers. She was also making comments making fun of a customer that was overweight. She was trying to not let other coworkers hear her. She seems to be a hostile person & unpleasant to work with! Thank you to the other staff we encountered for being so helpful & polite. We rated the store 5 stars for the store itself & professional helpful staff. Maybe the rude gossiping employee Rebecca/Becca should be sent to training or counseling to learn how to be a team player & treat customers appropriately.
