Since working with Stacey through In Home Senior Fitness, my lower back is much better. I have had problems for 37 years with my lower back. Stacey recommended I sleep with a pillow between my knees. A different way to exit my vehicle and some great exercises. Thanks ever so much.

This company is an absolute joke & then wants to delete my reviews and report them so she has a clean review recordIt started great but then canceled us because my uncle was in the bathroom & Kathleen waited 6mins & 38sec didn’t call us to let us know she was there. Just one Knock & that was it… after that, the owner Ashley made up stories of how she had to track us down for payment. & she had issues with whatever I stopped listening to, She always got paid the same day except for one time so I could set it upright, and it was the next day… attitudes changed very quickly. I don’t think they should be working with elderly patients if they have no patience, to begin with.. my grandmother is in Hospice & they made promises to her & made her extremely happy just to up & quit. I regret hiring this company. Thanks for being a big waste of our time!

Cassie was easy to talk to I felt comfortable explaining my situation.She was always very friendly and punctual.I explained my goals and she adjusted the workouts to my needs.I could tell that she likes to help people and even had some suggestions for the Walkingstick a use when I told her sometimes my hand would slip down the shaft.I highly Recommend Cassie for in-home physical therapy

Ashley is very attentive. She makes sure my 97 year old mom understands the exercise then makes sure she is doing it properly. Ashley makes the workout fun. Ashley always communicates with me
