After 3 months of working out once a week with Milan, I’m much stronger, more flexible and actually motivated to keep it up! I no longer feel and act like a “fragile senior.”Our sessions were challenging but fun. Milan had lots of ideas for how I could incorporate strength building into my daily living.I had to stop once I reached the end of the amount I had budgeted ☹️, but the expense was definitely worth it. The sessions built strength, balance and, perhaps best of all, confidence. Having Milan as my “coach” made the difference in my consistency and progress.I would be delighted to work with Milan again and I highly recommend her to others.

Since working with Stacey through In Home Senior Fitness, my lower back is much better. I have had problems for 37 years with my lower back. Stacey recommended I sleep with a pillow between my knees. A different way to exit my vehicle and some great exercises. Thanks ever so much.

Hubby has been working with Milan since January 23.He's recovered completely from a sports related injury and is ready to tackle his next adventure.Milan has been so much fun to work with! She has tons of personality, challenges her clients (without pushing), and genuinely cares about each. This company is an absolute joke & then wants to delete my reviews and report them so she has a clean review recordIt started great but then canceled us because my uncle was in the bathroom & Kathleen waited 6mins & 38sec didn’t call us to let us know she was there. Just one Knock & that was it… after that, the owner Ashley made up stories of how she had to track us down for payment. & she had issues with whatever I stopped listening to, She always got paid the same day except for one time so I could set it upright, and it was the next day… attitudes changed very quickly. I don’t think they should be working with elderly patients if they have no patience, to begin with.. my grandmother is in Hospice & they made promises to her & made her extremely happy just to up & quit. I regret hiring this company. Thanks for being a big waste of our time!

Cassie was easy to talk to I felt comfortable explaining my situation.She was always very friendly and punctual.I explained my goals and she adjusted the workouts to my needs.I could tell that she likes to help people and even had some suggestions for the Walkingstick a use when I told her sometimes my hand would slip down the shaft.I highly Recommend Cassie for in-home physical therapy
