Groom A Rama is a trusted business where many families have brought their dogs for years, with some loyal customers for over a decade or two. The staff is generally described as very helpful, friendly, nonjudgmental, and truly friendly, taking time to answer questions without making clients feel rushed. They do phenomenal and beautiful work, even on extremely matted pets, leaving owners very pleased and raving with excitement. Customers highly recommend the business and would not take their pets anywhere else. However, a significant downside noted is that they are always fully booked, making scheduling difficult. Also, while the grooming results are loved, there is a consistent complaint about one employee's attitude at the desk, described as having the worst attitude, being argumentative, and causing clients to cringe about coming in.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and nonjudgmental I took my fur baby in extremely matted and they were amazing needless to say we will be back

You ladies did a phenomenal job on Mila and Pebbles I am raving with excitement now beautiful these two girls look ❤️

I have 2 dogs a Shih Tzu Poodle mix that Samantha and her employees have been grooming for about 10 yrs. I also have a chihuahua Pomeranian that she has been grooming for a couple of years. I would not take them to anyone else. I highly recommend this business.
