“If it ever goes private say goodbye to service! It's bad enough supervisors hate when letter carriers give good service. It just means they are taking too much time on the street. The reason your mail is late on Mondays is because the managers don't know how to spread the mail out.”

All the tracking was messed up on it but the supervisor worked diligently several days in a row to help us. And after all that it still didn't arrive before we left for home, she stayed in contact with us and made sure when it did arrive it was sent back to us.”
