“This is my preferred branch due to its accessibility and efficiency. It's right on us1 on the cusp of the gables and the grove making it a heavily visited area for most of us. The drive through is always quick and the atm is rarely out of service. I recently had to enter and the line moved fast due to the great attentive staff. Parking isn't an issue and luckily it's well-lit for those late night hours. If I ever need cash and am in the area, I'll come here to avoid the atm fee I incur elsewhere. Plus, there's a CVS in the same lot which allows me the options of making two stops when necessary. It's easy to access and the drive through lane in the back is a breeze for all your self-service needs. They're open later on Friday's which is great for us.”

The branch Manager, Ms Gladys Soto, is very knowledgable, friendly and delivers an excellent customer service, answers any questions and fully explains in details any concerns you have. Not once have I had any problems with my deposits or any other transactions, nor I have experienced waiting in very long lines to be taken care of. This level of service is what makes all the difference when it comes to choosing my banking needs. Is a pleasure doing business at this branch. “I come here every now and then whenever I am in the area and need to get cash, since I bank at Bank of America. I like the fact that their ATM now has a tinted privacy glass that allows you to be enclosed from cars passing by. It gives you a complete sense of privacy and seclusion. It's open on the sides so you can see if someone is approaching, but at least you don't have to worry that the car slowly driving out of the shopping plaza is trying to scope out your pin number while you're using the ATM! I imagine it'd also be useful if a windy downpour starts coming through, to keep you dry until the rain passes and you can go back to your car...”
