I had to switch vets, these people are very unprofessional and don’t care about your animal. I had a prescription that I needed filled and it sat on the desk for 10 days. I called several times and they told me because the doctor that sees my dog, wasn’t there they couldn’t refill my prescription. I don’t understand why can’t another doctor look at my dogs chart and approve the prescription. It’s not like it’s a new prescription. It’s the same prescription she always gets and she cannot run out! So I took all my medical records and went elsewhere, no more prescription problems.

Clueless front desk. Always trying to up sell, has to be a better place to take your four legged child. This place is not it. Six months later and this place is still horrible. They killed my son's cat after I told him not take him here. Worse aminal care ever.

The staff here is very nice, but unfortunately the service is consistently inefficient. Every time we visit, we end up waiting at least an hour, even when we have an appointment. Today, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes.
We were 13 minutes late, but it didn’t matter anyway because they weren’t prepared. Despite scheduling the appointment two weeks in advance and receiving two confirmation calls, they still didn’t have the medication my pets needed ready. Instead, we had to sit and wait even longer.
It’s frustrating to plan ahead, confirm everything, and still be left waiting while our pets are stressed out. Friendly staff is appreciated, but efficiency and preparedness are just as important, and this clinic falls short on that front.

After moving to Miami, we needed a trusted vet for our little Maltipoo Oso, and we’re so glad we found Banfield Pet Hospital! This was our third visit, and each time has been just as wonderful as the first. The clinic is spotless, and the staff are always warm, friendly, and genuinely caring toward our pup. We always leave feeling confident our furry family member is in the best hands. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely dry bad plan and device. They hoodwinked in a plan under the guise that it is good for my pets yet the kept charging me for services that were not covered and yet they did not do the covered service. I am very upset and have cancelled the plan and now they want a huge amount of money under the guise of a lot of service which they did not provide . Do not buy any of their plans it is a scheme to steal money and yet charge you more. Very unethical company.

Thank you Janely and Dr. Faulkner! They fit me in for same day appt for my two fur babies. Everything was super clean and the front desk staff was efficient and courteous. Jackie placed us in a room right away so that my cats wouldn’t be stressed. Highly recommend!

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of incompetence and disorganization at this Banfield location. My dog's neutering surgery has been rescheduled twice (by Banfield) and today, cancelled AGAIN less that 24 hours before the scheduled drop off time (at 4pm the day before a 7:30am surgery) because they just realized the doctor doesn't perform that surgery on weekends.
This is the 4th call I've received about this one appointment, and no one at any point realized or mentioned the issue.
This isn't just a simple scheduling issue because I took time off of work this weekend and rearranged next week's work schedule to work from home.
The level of disorganization is shocking and completely unprofessional. This experience makes me question how something as routine as a neutering surgery can be mishandled so badly. How can I trust them with my dog's health if they can't even schedule a basic surgery correctly? Avoid this location!

Came to a new location for the first time and they made the experience so great for me and my four legged baby. The location was clean, well taken care of and organized. From the receptionist Lindsy, to the nurse Janely. Everything leading up to us seeing our doctor was amazing. Met with Dr. Saumell and she was a joy! Very caring and helpful with any concerns/questions we had. I definitely will be using this as my go to location from now on

I can’t thank the banfield team enough especially Jackie at the front desk and Dr. Nelson. My dog Nina had a sudden and scary turn in her health today, and even though it was a Sunday and they were closing at 5, they were kind enough to squeeze us in at 3:30.
Jackie was incredibly compassionate and calming from the moment I called. She helped ease my anxiety and reassured me that we’d be taken care of. When we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, which meant the world in such a stressful moment.
Dr. Nelson was just as amazing thorough, patient, and extremely kind with both me and Nina. She explained everything clearly and made sure Nina got the immediate attention she needed. It was clear she genuinely cares about the animals she treats.
I’m beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism we received today. Thank you, Jackie and Dr. Nelson, for going above and beyond for Nina and for helping me stay calm through it all. Highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner in need of truly caring professionals.

I must say I'm very appreciative of the staff here. I passed by not to long ago but front desk was very helpful and filled with spirit. I'm not with good with faces or names but overall the staff took good care of me and my good boy Chip. Thank you all!!!

My fur babies & I Had the best experience at pinecrest banfield the team here is so amazing and helpful it truly felt like a home away from home !! shout out to Jackie for being so kind and helpful through the process of getting our pups healthy again. We truly appreciate you and all of the vets here at banfield . My daughter even enjoyed the waiting room with the kids activity table. Thanks a million !!!!!

Banfield is a sketchy vet chain, they don't let you see your pets during the visit without paying extra. Profit driven and will scrape you and upsell for every dollar they can get.
EDIT: I have the need to update this review as more has developed. They charged us for tests that they did not review properly few months ago. Today the cat they ran tests on has been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease and has days to live. Do not EVER go to Banfield, they will kill your animals.
