RIDICULOUS LINES. I'm a platinum customer. About to close my account w Bank of America. They closed the drive through. They have 2 tellers working w the lines out the door. It's horrible. Super nice people that are extremely over worked. Customer service sucks.

Horrible customer service from bank manager. Tried to cash a small $5000 check drawn from a bank of America account. I was told that was not possible. I then decided to deposit it and wait the one business day. No big deal, right? Except they wanted to place a 5 day hold on a Bank of America check. Ridiculous. Bank manager offered no explanation and just shrugged her shoulders. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Note: The security guard is a very kind, polite person. The tellers are also nice people constrained by the policies of a bad bank and apathetic management.

I was the 2nd person in line when I arrived and there was only 1 bank teller and 1 bank associate. It was around 10:30 AM. As the customer in front of me complained to me he had been standing there for 30 mins waiting for the only teller to finish with the customer we overheard that behind the door they were having a training with more employees, mind you there was a line behind me of about 10 people by then. No hellos, no welcome , no please wait we will be right with you, nothing.!!! I started getting anxious looking around. After 20 mins another teller shows up he notices people had been standing there forever and instead of helping at another window he starts doing something else. Then after 10 mins the customer in front of me asked for the branch manager and the teller suddenly opens the window. Manager comes with a smile on her face and customer was irrate. He tells her it took them 40 mins to help and that was ridiculous. I agree . When it was my turn I went to cash a pretty chunky check. The lady at the window pretty much announces that I'm cashing the check and proceeds to give me 6k in cash on my hand with no envelope for everyone to see. I was terrified that someone would follow me. Bank of America if you are going to be Petty and charge an account holder Everytime we use the inside of the branch the least you can do is provide good service. I hate this bank in general. I have direct deposit and they still charge me ridiculous fees. You guys suck!

This is the worst bank. There is a line out the door and they won't put anymore tellers. There are only 3 tellers. This is ridiculous. Everyone is mad!!! Almost an hour wait!!! They are inefficient and not willing to help. Use a different bank if you can.

I took off an hour early from work for a 3:30 pm appointment to come here to sit & wait. I couldn't find a sign in sheet & there was no one to greet me. Finally, as I was looking for the number to call the lady that I had the appointment with, I saw a lady with a tablet. Her name is Gladys. At first she was not very helpful or friendly. It must be the stress of the job. She did warm up after I told her that I had an appointment & she went to check with the lady I had the appointment with. Next time I need to go to the location by my house. This location is way too busy!

I come here every now and then whenever I am in the area and need to get cash, since I bank at Bank of America. I like the fact that their ATM now has a tinted privacy glass that allows you to be enclosed from cars passing by. It gives you a complete sense of privacy and seclusion. It's open on the sides so you can see if someone is approaching, but at least you don't have to worry that the car slowly driving out of the shopping plaza is trying to scope out your pin number while you're using the ATM! I imagine it'd also be useful if a windy downpour starts coming through, to keep you dry until the rain passes and you can go back to your car...

Typical BofA. Long lines, not enough tellers and managers trying to sell you more stuff on your accounts. Tellers were nice and didn't rush me which I like. I don't like that they pick and chose when they have the business line open for business accounts. Parking lot is weird shaped and crazy to get in and out of when there is a rush.

Opens later than its posted business hours. Managers will make you sit through and endless pitch before getting work done.

This bank has a drive up ATM which I love that you can deposit cash but the massive always 15 minute wait at the ATM can be time consuming and it takes so long everyone and their mother are so bored they just gaze at people at the ATM machine like bird watching!
