“5 stars or more for this shop. I was outside when they opened at 10am with my bike in need of repair. The owner grabbed his tools and fixed it in 10 mins on the bench outside while his colleague was bringing all the rental bikes outside. I went to pay and he waved me off for free. Great service!”

“Cool, retro looking bike shop I just discovered down the street from where I live.
I couldn’t get my bike pump to work and my tires were almost flat, so I stopped in to see if they could help me. An employee whose name escapes me, gladly used their stand up pump to fill my tires with air and I happily rode off into the sunset!

After having a terrible experience at another bike shop called trek Miami which is down the street , walking into Cycle Mart of Miami was a breath of fresh air. The shop felt welcoming right from the start, and the gentleman who helped me was not only knowledgeable but genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
I originally came in because my son’s bike had a flat. Not only did they upgrade the tire and fix the flat, but they also went above and beyond to correct mistakes left behind by the previous shop. That kind of service and attention to detail is rare these days.
What really impressed me was the turnaround time. I dropped the bike off Thursday at 6:30 PM, expecting to wait until Monday. Instead, it was ready by Friday at 1:30 PM—fast, efficient, and reliable. This meant the world to me because my son relies on his bike to get to school.
