Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I experienced long wait times and unhelpful staff. As a long-time Chase customer, I expect better service and support. I hope this feedback leads to improvements.

Great when you walk in and get some help. Good luck if calling, no one picks 75% of the time. Don't get it. Crazy.

Always been prompt,efficient and professional. Did you know that they have a great program for veteran's and one I doubt is had by any other local bank.
