This review is mainly written in hopes management takes it seriously enough to do a thorough cleaning. This use to be our absolute favorite ice cream shop, would drive 45 mins any day of the week to have it. We just came back after 3 years being away, and I’m so disgusted. From the moment I walked in, I immediately had to ask if there was a new owner. Could not recognize what was one a clean, modern, inviting place.The bathroom has feces and urine splattered thought different places, the toilet paper dispenser was broken and there was a half dirty roll sitting on top of the toilet. The mirror, the floors, the baseboards were disgusting. The amount of built up dust in the whole entire place, the built up grim in the whole place, the walls black with marks and dents. I have to wonder, what are we consuming if there is just nastiness everywhere -the whole experience left such a bad taste in our mouth.Their cleanliness is so far gone, we immediately lost trust in the quality of the product and the integrity of the ingredients. What was once a gem in pinecrest, is not recognizable.As a business owner myself, how we keep our place where people can see it - determines how we keep what people can’t see.

We went at a non peak service time so super easy to view the options, order and pick up our order. In and out in 5 minutes! I can’t have any diary so I choose the strawberry sherbet- it tasted so fresh with bits of strawberries to enjoy. My daughter ordered chocolate yogurt- I had to try and it was very delish! Toppings galore- so many to choose from, also have bottles beverages to purchase (water, juice, etc). Inside seating is very limited so better to order and enjoy at the park across the street. I rather come to Chill-N Nitrogen than some of the other establishments. Taste is very different and far better. Parking is fairly easy.Dietary restrictions: If you are lactose intolerant then you won’t have a problem ordering here. Enough options to satisfy your need for a sweet treat.

The place wasn't clean, and the service wasn't very good either. The servers were barely speaking or answering our questions. They can do better to keep the place with better standards.

I remember trying Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream at a different location a few years back and loving the cute concept and delicious ice-cream. So, I was excited to try out their Pinecrest location. It's located in a shopping plaza with free parking. The place is rather small and was packed on a Sunday night. I was excited to see that they have non-dairy options. I opted for the coconut ice-cream base Nutella flavored with Reese's. However, I am fully aware that it is more difficult to make ice-cream and frozen drinks out of non-dairy milk. And sure thing: while my son's regular strawberry ice cream with sprinkles was perfectly creamy, smooth and, well-blended; mine was a bit more on the harder side and the Reese's cup didn't blend in like it's supposed to. Nonetheless, it was delicious. I will definitely come back and try a different type of base next time.
