As a loyal CVS pharmacy customer, I recently encountered an experience that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. During a recent visit to pick up my medication, I was met with unprofessional behavior from one of the pharmacists that I have never before experienced in my life.
Upon approaching the pharmacy counter and inquiring about my medication, I was met with hostility from a lady who identified herself as the pharmacist. Instead of providing assistance, she began to raise her voice and make unnecessary comments, displaying a level of disrespect that was completely uncalled for. Her tone conveyed a sense of disdain, reminiscent of a bygone era where such behavior was unfortunately tolerated.
It is important for CVS, as an organization, to remind its employees of the significance of their role in providing care and support to individuals who may be in pain or caring for someone in pain. The insensitivity displayed by this pharmacist only serves to exacerbate the challenges faced by customers during already difficult times.
I strongly believe that CVS should implement a system to identify individuals who lack sensitivity and respect for others, regardless of their color, religion, or creed. Customers should feel safe and supported when seeking medical assistance, and behavior such as that exhibited by this pharmacist is entirely unacceptable.
In conclusion, I urge CVS to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees are trained to provide compassionate and respectful care to every customer they serve.

Everyone at this CVS is so kind. Jack helped out this time and was so kind and patient. I’ve been coming here for years and every is helpful and kind. I’m fortunate to live close to 3 CVS and a couple of Walgreens, but this one is my go to pharmacy.

Used to be the best pharmacy. The new pharmacist is TERRIBLE. Everyone behind the counter sucks. Currently waiting in line for 15 minutes while they help one person. Always the worst service. Go elsewhere

Walk in to this cvs like I do every Tuesday and Friday morning purchase an item tell MARLENE I would like to use my 25%40%discount for both accounts she's going to tell me she can't use both accounts been using these accounts for years and now she's going tell me otherwise her knowledge is 0 and her puffy face suit her obnoxious attitude never going back there ever.

Went for a flu shot..after 15 min waiting in line to be attended, I got to wait another 20 minutes until the whole line cleared up….unacceptable

Probably the worst pharmacist i have ever dealt with. Chose to handle their favorite regulars first - then online prescription fills before finally tending to the people standing right in front of them. Will never come here again and i do not recommend them to anyone else either- unless you like being treated like 3rd world trash.

One star is being generous. The lead pharmacist is incredibly rude and disrespectful. It used to be very well run and efficient with kind staff; however, now it is beyond awful and unacceptable. Every time I go, there is a long line and the lead female pharmacist is always verbally abusive. She never has a smile or a nice thing to say to anyone. It is a terrible reflection on CVS.

Got there and stood in the pharmacy line with 6 people in front of me. Took 30 minutes to get to the counter. Idk what they're doing back there but this pharmacy used to be fantastic. Big efficiency issues here. Staff needs to change.
