Most all aspects of the Home Depot shopping experience has become pretty pathetic compared to years' past. Customer service at an all time low. Difficult to find anyone if you need help. Chances are if you do, they are on their cell phones and have very little or no knowledge regarding the products in their respective departments. Shelves are poorly stocked and no one seems to take an interest in replacing items from overhead inventory. I can probably order and receive a product from Amazon in a more timely and efficient manner. Makes me wonder what a Home Depot managerial role might entail?

I was never a fan of Home Depot, but lately I need to go there often and this location of Home Depot. It was great. First of all it was in the shopping center nearby the area where I was, second the parking was ample, so I didn't have any problems, and third and the most important is that the service was great, and the help me get what I needed.

On September 28th my husband and I went to Home Depot at 13501 S Dixie in Pinecrest. We had an appointment with Eileen the kitchen designer. We decided to keep the original layout. We looked at different cabinet choices and decided to go with All wood cabinetry, soft close, drawers & doors. ( ours is the getto version of soft close) We also went with new countertops. Our countertop space is under 30 ft.². We had our measurements done by a site analysis. We paid $99 which is refunded if you decide to go with Home Depot. I October 27 we were paid in full $8700 plus. The kitchen cabinets came by the second week of November. How silly of me thinking I'll have a new kitchen to show off to my family at Thanksgiving. Not even close! Its January 5 of 2023. I have not been contacted by Eileen or aany supervisor from Homr Depot. I have sent emails with photos attached. The quality of these cabinets is incredibly cheap and the craftsmanship isn't even in the equation. We also ordered several large appliances that were delivered free of charge Yet unknown to us buried in the pages of our invoice was a $350 charge for the cabinets. QI asked about this in my email it was totally ignored. I was also told to expect scratches on my cabinets. that is why they have you buy touchup kits, it's interesting because when it was mentioned to me to buy touchup kits. I thought I really don't need it right now. I'd rather wait have fresher paint and thinking It would be five or six years at the minimum. We pd for them they never came. Also we pd for molding that was never delivered. If my pictures had been looked at . It should of been obvious. It was when the installers had to come back to redo the toe kick , we learned of the missing molding. The counter Top company has no sense of urgency, lack basic communication skills I hired Homr Depot. I should not have to chase after their subcontractor. They don't return phone calls and they show up without any prior notice. Additionally, because I decided to put in an Undermount sink when I showed it to them for measurements , unknown to me they walked out of my house with a $400 sink! Saturday morning I called Homr Depot frantic two supervisors had no idea about it being something they do. According to Eileen when an Undermount sink is being put in the counter people take your sink with them. Just another piece of information that would of been useful. It gets even better I had my cousin who is a builder offer to install my Undermount sink however, Eileen told me Homr Depot will not be responsible when he cracks it. Additionally, the counter top people who, by the way are charging me over $1500 would not polish the edge around the sink. They would leave it as a rough edge, and they do no type of connecting. ( " there not plumbers" A complete contradiction from Homr Depot's website where it states they would connect the piping back after installing the sink. I am being charged $250 for them to put in this Undermount sink. I watch my grandchildren during the week m,not having a sink or countertops has been a major inconvenient it has been to have no countertops and no sink for the last 2 1/2 months and still no communication whatsoever. Nobody has any sense of urgency or customer service. I have sent photos of my concerns on my cabinets and it's almost as if I'm being laughed at being frivolous. If I bought a new car and it had scratches and dings in it, trust me that Car will not be coming home with me think long and heeard before you even consider hiring Homr Depot to come in and do any type of work. Oh best for last the paint comes right off when you wipe them with damp cloth.

In a world where no one offers to help and it's every man for himself, I'm so grateful I ran into William. After spending a pretty penny on a renovation that was botched by a contractor, I decided that take matters into my own hands as this is not that hard of job. While looking at sanders and buffers, William greeted me and asked if I had any questions. He even asked for my name so he could properly address me. Not only did he answer my questions, he physically showed me how to use the tools I was buying. He wasn't trying to sell me like the other guy I had spoken to earlier but rather he explained to me how the stuff worked and would make life easier. He is the Swiss Army knife of knowledge and so helpful! Thank you for great customer service and restoring my faith in humanity!

I purchased a plant for $19.98. I decided to return the plant. The attendant told me that since I did not have a receipt that she was only able to give me $16.98 since that was the lowest price the item sold for once. This despite the fact that the plant had a sticker price for $19.98. Not cool. Tomorrow I am returning a whole bunch of plants and buying my plants elsewhere . Home Depot will loose much more than $3.98 now. Roger the store manager was not helpful with this issue.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Home Depot products or services. Buy at Home Depot online a cabinet for the screen to watch movies and TV, and a cabinet to store dishes and bowls, the two pieces of furniture were of a much lower quality than what they seemed in the photo and they arrived in boxes disassembled and broken, take photos and we tried to use them since in these times of pandemic everything takes so long to be shipped, or that is the excuse, because Amazon and Wayfair do not have that problem. Once we had it assembled there was no way to use them, the damages were very evident, we began the return process which was a nightmare, Home Depot avoids sending emails, because they do not want written evidence of the complaints, and they rejected my review of their products in their page three times, for that if they used an email. complaints are by phone numbers that no one answers or through a one-sided text that disappears after use. I had to go to the BBB to mediate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Home Depot products or services.

I must vent this!!! Last Saturday i visited it this home depot looking for a chest freezer, after 15 min a young nice guy was able to help me, i founded a chest freezer thanks to him, because they were all the way on the top of the shelf. I physically see the freezer in stock , it was on the shelf!!!! I proceed to complete my purchase , a chest freezer , frigidaire brand 7.0 cu ft. I paid in full and i actually paid for delivery for Thursday the 17 march i made this purchase

Bought a display refrigerator yesterday, we I formed them it would be picked up early. When to pick up fridge it wasn't ready, it was still on display. Shayley in customer service did help us, she found a man to wrap up the fridge and he was told to bring it out to our truck(that we rented by the hour). An hour later...we are still waiting Fridge was wrapped and left at customer service, he went on his break and didn't bring it out to where we were waiting. We had to go to customer service and wheel out the fridge ourselves. Disappointed with the customer service with the exception of Shayley Cost us extra money(truck rental) because no one did their job

So if you make a purchase online you cannot choose your own delivery date. They insisted on a delivery of 12 /3 despite the fact that I told him there would be no one home it it would be a waste of time. So of course Thursday comes and goes and no one is home as I told them and I'm calling to reschedule delivery. Of course it would be too simple to be able to do this online so they require that you call the store. As of now I've been on hold for about 19 minutes. It is absolutely astonishing that a huge company at Home Depot can provide such poor service. I mean how hard would it be to have functionality in your website to schedule a delivery? How hard would it be to get someone on the phone without spending half an hour on hold? Absolutely atrocious service

If could give this store a ZERO I WOULD!!!!! I was looking to buy patio door and have them insulated ASAP. NO ONE help me and when I asked everyone pass me on to someone that would say it's not there department all while texting on their phones. This went on for about 45 mins ....In a time where jobs are scare ( COVID 19 ) people should be happy to have a job. And EXCITED that a customer wants to pay full price just to have the job done ASAP. I sincerely hope your corporate offices reads this and do a surprise audit at this location... Ps: I'm on my way to Lowe's. This store doesn't deserve my money!!!!!!

Quite possibly the worst Home Depot. We made the mistaken of choosing Home Depot and the even bigger mistake of choosing this location to redo our kitchen cabinets with. Not only was part of our order forgotten to be placed, but upon delivery and installation many of our cabinets were damaged. After waiting almost two months for our cabinets, we now have to wait almost another month for our new cabinets and the way the managers have handled this has been atrocious. It went as so far as catching the manager, Richard, in blatant lies. Stay away from this Home Depot and take your money else where. Completely awful service and quality of product!
