We needed to buy two portable A/C units that were in the website and listed as in stock. We couldn't get anyone to help. I had to take what was there which was double the price. Couldn't get anyone to get me a large cart to haul these so I had to go outside in the flooded parking lot to get one. When we went to check out the cashier was on his phone and it seemed what was going on in the phone was more important than checking us out. This place is a joke and management should be fired

Jamal at the paint department was an absolute unhelpful employee. I needed help with a color choice and he told me he isn't an interior decorator. I then asked him between 2 paints and he said to just pick it! He was not there for that.

This Home Depot is large and carries inventory. An elderly man (employee) in the electrical department was exceptionally helpful, explaining how things could be assembled for my project. He represents the original Home Depot mindset of anticipating customer needs and making their project successful.

Doral Home Depot. Very good attention from the Rental supervisor. He helped us and gave us his recommendations. He answered all our questions and offered us the best equipment to do the work we needed. A very organized place. They carry out activities for children on some weekends

Normally I don’t leave reviews, but when a person or place truly deserves it, I will. I went to Pinecrest Home Depot today with a problem I did not think would be resolved. However, this worker whose name is Ceaser was extremely cooperative with a beautiful character! Even with a small physical injury he helped me carry heavy packs of flooring. He was patient, amiable, and hardworking! I applaud those people who are dedicated to their work, they truly deserve the world. Home Depot make sure to recognize people like him! ?

I recently visited the Home Depot store in Pinecrest to gather supplies for a home renovation project. As a first-time homeowner tackling a major remodel, I was both excited and a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead. My overall experience at Home Depot was positive and largely alleviated my concerns.
The store's layout is intuitive, making it easy to find the various departments. From lumber and tools to paint and plumbing supplies, everything was logically arranged. The wide aisles and clear signage made navigation straightforward, and I appreciated the ample lighting, which made it easy to read labels and compare products.
Customer service at this location was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an associate who offered assistance immediately. I explained the scope of my project, and she directed me to the right sections, providing helpful suggestions on the best products to use. When I needed additional help, other employees were readily available and willing to assist.
The expertise of the staff was a major highlight. In the power tools section, an associate named John was particularly helpful. He took the time to explain the differences between several models of drills and saws, ensuring I chose the right tools for my needs. His insights into the pros and cons of each option were invaluable and helped me make confident choices.
The checkout process was smooth and efficient. Multiple registers were open, and the lines moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and handled my transaction promptly. I also noticed several self-checkout stations for smaller purchases, which is a nice touch for those in a hurry.
I opted for delivery for some of the larger items, like drywall and lumber. The delivery was punctual, and the items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery team was professional and careful when unloading the materials. Additionally, I used their installation services for a new kitchen sink, and the technician did an outstanding job. He was punctual, worked efficiently, and left the workspace clean.
One minor issue was the limited availability of staff in the garden section. It took a bit longer than expected to find someone to help me with my plant selections. However, once assistance was available, the service was excellent and the associate was very knowledgeable about plant care and selection.
Overall, my experience at Home Depot was highly satisfactory. The well-stocked store, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and efficient services made my home renovation project much more manageable. I will certainly return to Home Depot for future projects and would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable home improvement supplies and services.

This place is a disgrace and im not sure how they stay in business. Their customer service is horrendous. Good luck getting anyone to help you wth anything even after you ask them several times to call someone to that department. Employees will pass by with no intention of helping. Now i understand why i am better off buying stuff from competitors or onlne.
