“I’m so glad I found Key Basis!! I had spent the whole night with food poisoning symptoms and was very dehydrated. I couldn’t even get up from bed. I texted them to see if they could accommodate me into the schedule and they said they could at 8pm at night which worked for me. The nurse that came, Emily, was very nice and I loved getting to know her a bit. She was gentle and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after the IV and it definitely helped me recuperate faster. I would recommend them and use them again.”

“Yesterday I was at Coastal Drug Testing to do the drug tests for the police application and honestly they stole 120 dollars from me, the reason I 'm telling it to understand. The man tells you go into the bathroom do not flush but he does not tell you not to open the faucet to wash your hands he wait that you open it and that's when he tells you that you have to repeat the exam and pay again. In exchange today I was in this place Airport Medical Solutions, and from the girls in front including the owner they are excellent, incredible attention and communication and the price only 50 dollars, without a doubt I recommend this place is wonderful and clean. The other is disgusting without any kind of cleaning.”

“It's going to be obvious what I post. But I do not take the heat well or humidity. I've been stressed and not eating well so while in line I passed out once and myeyes fluttered on the ground. When closer in the pickup I began to feel dizzy from the heat again and went to try and sit down and fell through the fence so my embarrassment for the day was complete.
I appreciate the people who helped me up and one of the ladies which worked there gave me water and a seat.
I didn't go this week but my roommates with their own food when I noticeably have very little stole what I brought one drinking from the drink when they are obviously sick. So unfortunately having less food I was after week before going to go today for them to steal more from me when I do not steal or take their things in such a manner.”

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent experience I had during my recent visit to Quest Diagnostics on 05/06/26.
From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional. I scheduled my appointment online and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. The online check-in system was extremely convenient and user-friendly. I especially appreciated the text message sent an hour before my oappointment that allowed me to check in remotely by simply pressing a button to say “I’m here.” It saved so much time and made the process very efficient. Pro tip for anyone using Quest: definitely take advantage of that feature.
My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 AM, and I was called back at exactly 9:40 AM. I was genuinely impressed by the punctuality, especially considering there were approximately 30 to 40 people waiting for bloodwork at the time. Despite how busy the office was, everything moved seamlessly, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
I would especially like to recognize Georgina, the technician who drew my blood. She was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire appointment. I explained to her that I am more comfortable having blood drawn while lying down rather than sitting upright, and she immediately accommodated me without hesitation. Her calm and relatable personality made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the visit.
It is not often that people take the time to recognize great service, but Georgina truly stood out, and I felt it was important to acknowledge how positive my experience was. Based on the friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency of this visit, I would absolutely continue returning to this facility in the future.

“Bio Reference is attempting to do the impossible and provide as many tests results as possible during this pandemic, so it is expected for things to be difficult sometimes, but if you call and speak with their support specialists , they will help you, We had an incident where the miami dade form filler submitted a birthday Oct 2 1961 as 10/12 9610 and the exams would not show up, but after searching with them, we were able to find them. the result was there for over 5 days and it was not their fault that it was lost, but it WAS thanks to them that it was found. Please if you experience issues , check your DOB and understand that they're trying their best to give a good service. This is a huge health issue and we're all working together to survive :) wear a mask and be nice to doctors and lab experts”
