Worst Apres manicure I’ve ever gotten. I had them done just 5 days ago, and two nails have already come off. When the tech applied the nails, there were visible bubbles and they were crooked. I’m so disappointed and will never return. I had planned to get a pedicure as well, but after seeing how my manicure turned out, I decided against it—and I’m glad I did.

It honestly hurts to me write this review as a long time customer of this business. I’ve been frequenting modern nails spa for well over a decade, but something recently hasn’t been working.
Each time I come in I end up leaving disappointed. I typically go in to get an acrylic fill and pedicure, but recently my acrylic nails have been lifting and breaking off within 2 weeks of my last appointments, the polish work themselves have been sloppy and half done.
I came in today to get my acrylics taken off because I’d had enough of the repeat visits due to lifting and breakage and the lady who did my nails did a very sloppy job. The shape is not uniform, the polish itself is clumpy and half on half off my nails. It looks like a rushed job except she took her time.
For these reasons I won’t be coming back anymore unfortunately. I’ve tried to stay true and work with different techs in the store but I’ve had no luck in recent years here and will need to find somewhere new to get my nails done.

Worst nail experience of my life— my gel nails are lumpy, uneven, and my previous gel color is visible along the edges where the tech didn’t fully remove the color.
She completely missed painting spots of my nails, so I left the nail salon looking like I already had chipped nails. She didn’t file my nails, simply cut them unevenly and crookedly on some nails.
Despite pointing all of these problems out to her as they came along, each time she only responded, “you want another coat??”
I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy!

Worst male manicure. Aggressively clipped my nails which hurt, use an electric file on the top of the nails leaving them rough. There was no polish or anything on the nails or reason to do that. The filing which is the only thing worth having she didn't really do start by filing the front and top of the nails

This is terrible!!! My friend came here and left with two of her nails bleeding. They are lumpy and are extremely awful!! A toddler could do a better job, and that says a LOT. Come here if you want the worst experience of ALL time. Also, fire the dude who has the seashell bracelet. His nail work looks like a squirrel did it!!

I had a manicure and a spa pedicure with Mihn, he is very dedicated and his spa pedicure is amaaaazing!

I have been coming here for over fifteen years and the staff has always been fine until today a man there was so rude to me and would not take my gels off using acetone? He made fun of me, my appearance, my voice and refused to service after I asked
Him questions about using the drill? So confusing and so rude I will never be returning again. Makes sense they have 3 stars on Yelp as I have never been treated this way but can see now why. Ridiculous

Asked for a French Pedicure with a black edge. First photo a model for style. Never ever experienced such sloppy, ugly results. Even the products were gluey and streaky. No sanitizing of instruments; perfunctory 45 second ‘massage’.

Walked in and got Gel Pedicure that I really like! Massage arm chairs are super nice. Decided to do a simple natural no polish manicure and not as good as I hoped! Plenty of tecs to accommodate walk ins! Atmosphere is clean, cool, and I would say calm. The only thing that somewhat bothersome is that workers speak their language continuously and not sure when they are talking to you.

My hubby and I walked in and were taken right away. Prices are very reasonable and our manis and pedis were good. Will go again.
