Closest to me but wish there was one in the Homestead, Florida area too! Sometimes my traveling to Pinecrest from Homestead can be a little overwhelming with traffic.

I would NOT recommend this credit union to a homeless person. To a roach. To ANYONE. They are thieves and are dishonest. I had a car loan through them, made 100% on time payments, and car was paid off through GAP, and this union listed on my credit that the vehicle was REPO’d which is false. It was involved in a car accident and was towed away. Regardless of that, the company was paid the same week. All of my credit bureaus show $0 Balance and 100% on time payments and they REFUSE to update the status or delete the status of it because they the ones who supposedly “picked it up” . How is that even FAIR? Thats truly disgusting

I have been a customer since early 90s. I could say that the service I received merited six stars to managers as well as customer service personnel; in general everyone was super nice and knowledable of his/her work.I used the main branch for many years, but since I moved to the SW I have been using the Pinecrest branch.As far as the only people I had personal contact with, who are the cashiers, I have no complaints, and those get my five stars. They are very courteous and do their job fine, which unfortunately, since they are not in a higher position, they must consult or refer me to someone else in the main office.I think that managers and supervisors should get together and review their rules and regulations and the information that is provided to the customer in certain special occassions, and if the customer is confused or has been told a different thing three different times on the same problem (as I have experienced), right then tell the employees the exact information, whatever it may be, so the employees do not make a mistake that, will of course, may be blamed on them unless of your lack of administration. Thank you!

I have been a member of this institution for 30+ years and witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly. Received a call from the collections department pertaining to a late loan payment. They were extremely nasty and unprofessional. The funds were available in the account and available for them to apply to loan. They did not. Instead they called demanding payment I told them the funds were available. I hung up with the representative and made the payment myself. I called to speak to Rep again and Maria Morales was on the other line listening. She and I got into an ugly argument. She did not attempt to descalate the argument; we got to a screaming match. If you consider becoming a member, beware!!! Moral very low you can tell employees are not happy. Others in upper management are the same since no one has attempted to resolve the issue. Their behaviour speaks volumes. Shame on you MPS ..

Got my car loan with MPS credit union. Veronica the manager of this bank was fantastic with everything. She really fights for the best deal. She is the reason why I enjoy dealing with smaller banks as opposed to big name banks. Having that great customer service makes the world of a difference. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this branch.

A MPSCU member highly recommended that I reach out to the Pinecrest Branch in view to financing a higher end vehicle. I have interacted with countless financial institutions over the years but have never been a customer of a Credit Union, and as a result, was hesitant in doing so. The service I received, starting with my initial phone call with a very pleasant and informative Manager assistant named Jeily, to dealing directly with the Manager, Veronica Castillo, was beyond exceptional. The interaction was highly professional and the transaction was both timely and seamless. The banking industry - especially during these unfortunate times of Covid-19, where it is almost impossible to speak directly with anyone, let alone, facilitate timely transactions - speaks volumes of these individuals, who clearly understand customer service, and are to be commended for their roles in providing five-star service towards their customer needs and representing their institution as steller Brand Ambassadors. I rarely, if ever, write reviews but felt the need to do so in this instance. I highly recommend reaching out to the very fine people at the Pinecrest Branch!

The service was never good here. DO NOT GO, this branch location is closed. I called the bank number on their site to confirm their hours. They confirmed 10am to 4pm. I've been here since 9:30am waiting for them to open. When I got out of my car at 10 am to open the door, they had a small sign with tiny lettering which stated that the branch was closed. There was a line of customers waiting but because the sign on the door was not located in central part of the door and had tiny font, we were all unaware and wasted our morning. Not to mention that the live rep confirmed the hours of operation the day before. They've always had a "not my problem " attitude. I can't speak for the other branches but this particular branch is closed now. Good luck with any other branches.
