“So I own a Suzuki Boulevard motorcycle. Is the 2024 C50 model, that hasn't been changed in over a decade. no frills, no tech, just pure motorcycle. However, I lost the primary key that came with it when I purchased it new from Riva Motorsports. So like any other motorcycle enthusiast, I belong to a Suzuki Volusia 800 forum on the internet. For the last 10 to 15 years, everyone has been recommending Ace Hardware. Because they do things that the big box Chains Don't Do, and that's called personal heartfelt service. ⭐ Meaning that they don't have to do it, but they do it to make the customer happy. And that's why I am thrilled with this Dixie Ace Hardware. I'm not going to mention any names, but I went to 2 other Ace Hardware stores in Miami and they were not that helpful. ?But this particular location was definitely helpful. Although they could not duplicate my key for me (no proper blanks) , I have blanks coming in and I just have to take the blanks to them and they will go ahead and duplicate the current key that I have. ? That's called going above and beyond and that's why from now on I'll do all my shopping at Dixie Ace Hardware. I wasn't even aware that Ace Hardware was still around, until I started inquiring about getting a duplicate key for my Suzuki motorcycle. This place is huge. It's like a labyrinth. I feel sorry for any firefighter that has to respond here for a false alarm or God forbid a commercial structure fire. Since I'm retired from the fire department, that's the first thing I noticed when I walked in. The small little Labyrinth walkways throughout this very big store, sort of gave me an eerie sensation of the dolphin carpet fire in which we lost Lieutenant Dewey Henry back in 1998. Anyways, I highly recommend this store, they have EVERYTHING that Home Depot has and then some. I was at Home Depot a few weeks ago and I never received personalized service and care like I did here at this Dixie Ace Hardware. So kudos to you management ?. By the way, they have freeze dried candy here! I had to purchase some on my way out, because I'm growing addicted to this stuff. Must watch my blood sugar! I'll be back in a couple of days with the key blanks so they can give me my duplicate motorcycle key, and this time I'll definitely have a Samsung Galaxy smart tag attached to it. That's funny, I always had a smart tag attached to the second key, but I never had it attached to the primary key that I use on my motorcycle. If you guys are looking for personalized and quick service, which you do not get at Home Depot anymore, (I can personally vouch for that) , then please try Dixie Ace Hardware, I give them ????? stars, and will be updating this review in the next week or so. ?”
“I look forward to doing business with Venetian Plaster and Painting again! Milton is a great guy and always had took the time to help me and answer any questions. Great guy and great company!”
“Mtn 94 by far the superior spray out there! Smooth consistant sprays every time, no worries about clogging up or having to rack the can a million times to get the paint out. Love the low pressure for those fine details. So happy to have this store right in my backyard! ?”
“Frank’s wonderful customer service made my experience seamless and fun, his knowledge on the different paint made it easy for me to choose. Recommend any one looking for quality paint and service to stop by.”
“I have been coming here since 1993. Always the same owners, same wanting to help attitude. They always answers your questions with the best answer, they know about plumbing, electrical etc. the best part is that they have everything and close to home.”
“Great customer service is excellent and they have great painting products for all your house I highly recommend. The store manager and his staff are very helpful and good people.”
“Yesterday, I went to the Sherwin Williams store on Coral Way hoping to find someone that would help me match a color that I had bought years ago at another Sherwin Williams store. I was extremely lucky to meet there, Jesus Suarez, who was very kind, patient and helpful; right away he went into their system, year after year until he was able to find the exact order for the color I was looking for from over 6 years ago....having said that, I totally recommend this store specially if you deal with Jesus Suarez who, definitely knows his work very well and goes above and beyond to help and please his customers. Keep up the excellent work Jesus Suarez!”
“Support local small businesses! The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The owner and his wife were superb. I had just come from a Sherwin Williams that didn’t have red door paint nor quart size paint. I was irritated, as you can imagine. The owner was able to match both paints with the sample. They accommodated the size I needed. Price wise: I’d say pretty average. The customer service was just great. I would go back if I needed to buy paint/supplies.”
“Excellent service! They even explained that the color on the phone looks different from the swatch (brought out the swatch to show us). Highly recommend this 13803 SW 142 Ave location! Much better service and pricing than the one at 10470 SW 72nd St (stay away from this location).”
“This is a five-star, first class business! The two gentlemen in the store on the day that I visited were extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciated this very much. For at least 20 years, I have done business with Ace Hardware in Kendall Lakes on Miller Road, and was always satisfied until the last year. Their customer service has gone to hell. I am so grateful to have discovered The Paint Shop on Bird Road!Thank you gentlemen, for your kindness, and outstanding knowledge and customer service! I will be placing my first order for 4 gallons of paint and supplies very soon, with several future orders to come!”
“Carlos was SO helpful with color matching the wall paint for my move-out after my building told me a paint that didn’t exist... Appreciate the great customer service! THANK YOU!”
“I love this store! I’m in palm beach and I panicked when my local shop didn’t carry FPE uni primer for a project starting Monday! Robert saved the day shipped my product same day, and I was able to start on time. Thank you for your patience and wonderful customer service. A+”
“Lady that helped me was very knowledgeable, man employee might have been new but was not very knowledgeable. Store very packed with merchandise Appeared to be clean and organized.”
“Great service, that little short African-American gentleman, know all the parts very well ? I didn't have to explain what I needed , it was already in my hands ?”
“Alright . I love the way there is still young kid like Francisco working hard out there and grinding. Thanks for the good service and work ethic keep it up!”

“Amazing Service!!! Rudy was very helpful. Showed my girlfriend and I all the options we had. He also made some great recommendations in colors that we used. He made picking the perfect colors for our home very easy. Highly recommend!!! Thank you”
“Best prices and advisory at the same place. The staff is not only willing to sell you something, but helping you to find the best solutions for your needs in painting, decor, fixing, etc. Highly recommended.”
“After going to several Ace Hardware's in the area, I finally went to the one in Cutler Bay I wasn't very impressed with this one. It's a smaller store, and the people could not help me with making a copy of my motorcycle key.”
